Ulasan Echarm Hotel (Changsha High-speed South Railway Station, Convention and Exhibition Center)

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

The Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

酒店服務非常好，前台很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。離會展中心很近，非常方便，房間乾淨寬敞明亮，面積大，設施好，有洗衣房，服務好，熱情，效率高，有求必應，住的很滿意！

前台的黃婷，必須加個雞腿。微笑服務，賓至如歸家，她的各種細節體現出這家酒店管理規範，接待能力強。房間寬敞明亮，360度衞生無死角。交通方面緊鄰高鐵南，離機場20分鐘就到。早餐種類多，口味好，水果新鮮。就沖前台的服務，以後來長沙就住這了。

離高鐵南站近，各種硬件設施齊全，環境，衞生都特別到位，特別是毛巾浴巾都是消好毒，高鐵站免費接送，花樣百出的免費早餐，關鍵是攜程推的價位特別合適。真的特別特別貼心， 同樣價格比服務，同樣服務比價格！下次來長沙還來這裏！ ps：馬路對面有個長沙的國際會展中心，

這次選擇入住的這家宜尚酒店，前台服務辦理入住都很好很快，住的還挺滿意的，房間空間很大。乾淨、整潔，細節、衞生都做得很好。配備的洗漱用品非常的齊全，還有一個小護理包。有洗衣房。有車子免費接送到高鐵南站，性價比簡直太好了。

酒店的地理位置特別好， 旁邊幾百米就是地鐵站， 火車站也比較近， 環境設施都很不錯服務真的很貼心， 酒店的房間設施很齊全， 還給我免費贈送了小禮品， 隔音效果非常的棒， 完全沒有什麼噪音 ，房間特別乾淨整潔， 適合出行的人， 提前和酒店聯繫就能預訂接送南站時間簡直太好了， 早餐米粉也是特別好吃的， 下次還來

衞生條件很好，房間乾淨整潔，被褥床單非常乾淨，房間不僅整體乾淨，細節方面打掃的也是一絲不苟,房間在入住之前有提前打開空調，感覺非常貼心，酒店裝修好，服務設施各方面都比較好，早餐品種齊全。

前台服務挺好的，很有耐心。停車場很方便。衞生乾淨，房間大，住的舒服。早餐口味不錯，酒店工作人員很貼心。幫忙免費升級了房間。回程當天多虧了小姐姐幫忙快速安排送站，司機董師傅駕駛給力，才沒有誤車，順利回家，真的太感謝了，服務真的很好。

酒店裝修好，環境很舒適，房間裏面非常乾淨整潔，床品乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，服務周到。微笑服務值得表揚，入住前提前把房裡空調打開，比較貼心，設施好。
