Hahaha, I never wrote reviews before, but this time, my stay was so comfortable I'm willing to write one. This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and the experience was wonderful. The front desk lady was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive. The room amenities were meticulously detailed and thoughtful, and the bedding was very comfortable. The laundry room was especially noteworthy. You don't need to add detergent to the washing machine; you can just wash it. Just label the washing machine with your room number, and the staff will help dry the laundry, place it in a bag, and return it to your room. The laundry room was spotless, too. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night snack (porridge) were all provided. For a price like this, such service is truly worth it!
