非常滿意，服務不是一般的好，從網上定房開始，Lily電話聯繫詢問住宿的喜歡和喜好，給我們安排了全家都喜歡的房間，然後入住的時候也一直送我們到電梯廳，全程微笑服務，有求必應，晚上孩子想泡澡，微信上和Lily説了一聲，馬上就安排了一次性浴缸套浴鹽和絲瓜絡，不單是前台，停車那邊的師傅也特別好，我老公去地下停車庫停車，在門口和師傅打了個招呼，然後自己開到了B2，就在找不到車位的時候，師傅忽然出現然後給指了一個車位，這服務好的令人髮指哈哈，總之非常滿意，以後有機會來還會選擇這裏，價格合適，設施好，服務沒得説

新開的一家店來住試試，這家房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，有個地下停車場很大，洗衣服的話有洗烘一體的自助洗衣房，很方便，辦理入住很簡單快捷，前台小陳辦理入住挺有效率的，很快速，每次路過大堂她都會跟我熱情的打招呼，很好很貼心像朋友一樣！來這裏住很喜歡這裏的早餐，種類很多也很好吃，非常推薦還有打包早餐服務，服務好態度好，酒店不錯的可推薦👍

連婆婆都忍不住讓我點五星好評的酒店！ 住過好多家五星酒店，最近的上週8.16-8.17的象山喜來登，我就沒發點評（因為不太值），但這家南通海門福朋喜來登酒店，必須絕對五星！ 1、地理位置：非常好，就在海門的市中心，正對海門電視塔的馬路上轉彎就可進入酒店，有地上和地下停車場。 2、環境：很好，萬豪連鎖的酒店，五星級，高大上，開闊，乾淨，每次入住酒店一定選五星級～去年新開的，以前每年都定南通維景酒店，現在開始認準這家喜來登啦，設施齊全，（如果有泳池更好啦）、但是有泳池價格也會上去，現在的價格真是性價比超級高。滿意！ 房間這次定了2間，乾淨整潔，一間網上定的標間，我是會員可以升級，另外一間糖果親子房，我在另外一個網上定的，因為屬於第三方平台可定，需要搶購（攜程等幾個平台有優惠）或者也可前台定。房間都在29樓，看出去的美景不錯，下次應該要定個專門能看到電視塔的房間，據説夜景很贊（這次親子游主要定親子房就沒能看到，自己家裡人一起走到海門步行街也就5分鐘，近距離👀海門電視塔）。 3、服務：前台小姑娘Nina服務很好，下次還會來入住～入住期間基本上都會熱心的接待、以及還送了棒棒糖、玩偶。還有入住水果🥭 4、美食：這次主要是品嚐了早餐，還沒來得及吃吃酒店中餐和晚餐自助餐等。早餐也豐富，基本上能吃到想吃的食物，麪條區域真是好，一塊塊牛腩真材實料；是我去過的五星級酒店的麪條區域最新鮮和食材好的酒店。餐飲部穿白襯衫有點微胖的那位經理也很熱情，我下次還會再想來用餐的！ 海門屬於外婆家，

This hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.
