Hotel 4-Star di Kelantan, Malaysia

Big room. conveniently located, with mydin hypermalk walking distance, few cafes around. Room equipped modestly. no tooth brush and limited toiletries. Breakfast is ok.

Arrived at 4 PM, the front desk wasn't very welcoming, and we had to wait a while for the room. Only after asking a second time did we get it. We specifically booked a newly renovated room; the cleanliness was decent, although there were occasional small ants in the bathroom, but it wasn't a major issue. We had to call for a hairdryer, but it was delivered quickly. Across from the hotel are two coffee shops and an E-Mart, plus a large shopping mall nearby with a huge supermarket inside. Breakfast was alright, but it was quite crowded.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. The hotel facilities are good and well maintained, and my room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. The service was also friendly and attentive, which made the overall stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a good variety of food, and everything I tried was delicious and well prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Grand Riverview Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Recommended kelantan found this cabin clean and hygienic, the administrator customer service lady is friendly, there are questions and answers, check-in is convenient, it is a Japanese-style living room, great

Had a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited. Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby. A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.

Excellent stay, clean room and friendly staff. Great hotel, comfortable and worth the price. Clean, cosy and excellent service. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended. Nice room, good location and helpful staff. Fantastic experience, will stay again. Comfortable bed and excellent hospitality. Great value for money and very clean.

Location wise, very strategic, right in the centre of Kota Bharu town. McDonalds, Starbucks, Coffee beans, and other shops are conveniently located at the ground floor. Parking however is a nightmare. It's took time for us to read n understand it to where to parking. The numbers of parking lot is erased and we need to count the parking lot with clear numbers just to prevent our car park at wrong parking lot. Bathroom cleanliness is very bad. The bathroom wall look like never been washed before. Very dirty. The small room is not so clean and there is stain bed sheet and hairs. The floor also a lot of dust.

⭐Had a great stay at Crystal Lodge Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only minor downside was that you could occasionally hear loud motorcycles passing by late at night, especially if your room faced the main road. Fortunately, it wasn’t constant and didn’t affect my overall experience too much. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Its good to have 2 bedroom for my family here. A good location with convenient store, hipster cafe and fast food store around the corner. Easy to get local food too at nearby hawkers. But then, inside the homestay dont have water filter, its a bonus if they have one. Dealing with the a bit frustrating because she/he didnt reply my message. as an example, i send message 12.00noon on Sunday, give a call but she replied at 12.00noon on monday after i contacted the director.
