房間大，設施齊全，樓層高，視野好。客房服務員態度非常好，房間打掃得也很乾凈，客客氣氣，服務滿分💯。 中餐廳的飯比早餐西餐廳的好吃，早餐一般，服務員收盤子倒是很勤快，服務態度滿分。 地下停車庫的車子很多，停車位很緊張，地面位置倒是不少，就是夏天比較曬。

房間很不錯，乾淨整潔。酒店提前詢問我們的特殊需求，幫我們安排的妥妥的，五點到賓館，還贈送了小點心，由禮賓小姐温馨送到房間。房間內還有水果，連刀具都準備好，體貼周到。房間在四十幾樓，視野美好。早餐豐富美味，環境好，吃得心曠神怡。加上奢華富麗的賓館裝飾風格，真的是一次美好的入住體驗。酒店位置就在地鐵站對面，交通便利，下次有演唱會繼續入住。推薦。

Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed my time with my wife and kid to the fullest. Some stuff can speak English which does feel more comfortable. The bath was great and so was the pool facilities. I’ll be back for a third time

Nice clean hotel, near to station, only 5 min taxi. Hotel were helpful to arrange taxi in morning for onward journey. Breakfast overall was good with a varied Chinese and western choice

It is a great hotel located at a very convenient location close to Lang Shan tourism area. The service and facilities are good. It has many kids rooms with slide or tent installed in the room, which is perfect for a family to enjoy a vacation there.

This hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

評論晚了，這次端午節過來玩，確實不錯，房間乾淨衞生，提前訂的，還給安排了一個海景房，客服特別熱情，提前還發了攻略，唯一不是很滿意的就是景區太大了，過來這邊不開車是真的不方便，還好景區內有掃碼電動車，兩輪三輪四輪的都有，需要客服引導一下才能找到電動車的停放位置，因為景區大，不好找，整體居住環境比較好，下次再來還訂這家，推薦推薦

可以很確定的説，這個酒店是這次十一旅程最大的驚喜。 五國温泉酒店，由泰國館、日本館、意大利館、土耳其館、芬蘭館五個館組成，其實就是五種風格的小温泉別墅羣。我們這次入住的是日本館。房間有100多平米，寬敞且功能分區合理。每個小別墅都有前後院，後院就是室外泡池，房間還配有一個非常大的室內泡池，甚至還有桑拿房。一邊泡着温泉，一邊用自己帶的投影儀放着電影，簡直太享受了。小別墅的私密性做的非常好，小環境幾乎完全獨立，做出了與世隔絕的恬靜。很久沒有如此放鬆的休息了。 酒店的服務也非常好，每天早上會送餐，收拾做衞生，下午會送水果。點外賣也很方便，小海鮮味道不錯，30分鐘左右就能送到。每天的衞生做的既快又好，服務人員都很熱情。管家李朱在我們入住期間的服務很好，幫我們解決了很多問題，讓住宿有了家的感覺。 和日本的温泉度假聖地箱根的温泉旅館相比，這裏的房間做出的小環境毫不遜色，甚至個人感覺還超出一籌。剛剛退房，孩子就催着我訂下次假期的房間。 懷着複雜的心情給出五星的推薦，希望下次再來時能訂到房間。

地鐵口就在酒店門口，交通非常方便，前台效率很高不用等待，開票也很方便，酒店早餐要150，太貴沒有體驗，馬路對面有家牛肉麪口味很棒，解決早餐。
