The room was clean and quiet, but it was a bit of a climb to get to. The bathroom was also clean, and the toiletries provided were decent, though there was no bath towel. You had to rent a bath towel for 50 baht.

Super clean, reception spoke great English and were really friendly. We left our bags just outside of the pod but no one touched it so it wasn’t a problem.

It was cute and placed really well. Although it is a hostel there was a lot of privacy. The shower could have been a bit bigger it was difficult to shower and change in the same space. Very Nice and helpful staff

Very comfortable small private capsule, just enough to put luggage and still not feel too crammed. Everywhere are clean, including the bathroom. Customer service was great, very informative on the activities around the area (with diacounted prices). Location very close to the shopping area with food and the pier :)

Wonderful service – the lady on reception was so helpful and friendly throughout my whole stay! The individual cabins are a great size, bathrooms were lovely and clean. Kitchen and common area are great. Just a note that you have to pay a small fee to rent a towel. Recommend 👍🏼

This is the cleanest and most modern hostel I have been to. Super high quality, very private beds and clean baths. The only downside is that if you travel by public transport you need to take an extra bus or boat to get there. The extra 30min travel is in most cases worth it I would say! Staff is also amazing, they gave me free food from their party🫶

Owl hostel was perfect for my needs! The location is perfect- right next to the pier, food street, and a bus stop. The facilities were all well maintained and clean, with many common areas and a rooftop with laundry. After sleeping in so many hostel bunks, it was also lovely to have a capsule to myself! It appeared as if my room had not been swept before I checked in, but I checked in early so that may have been my fault. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The hostel was right next to Ita Thao shopping district and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, which was very convenient. Capsule room was clean and spacious, well worth the price. Staff were friendly and check in/out procedure was smooth. Complimentary tea and coffee at the ground floor pantry. The rooftop has a good view of the shopping district and abit of the lake, and was nice place to chill in the evening. If one wants they can also use the hot spring facility at the Wyndham next door, although it is quite pricey. Overall a very cozy hostel at a very convenient location, at a very good price.
