Great location by the lake. Room was perfect for a family of four. Ample room space including a balcony with a nice view of the lake. Breakfast was standard. Hotel also offers complimentary bicycle rental.

I stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel provides free bikes. When I tried to check out a bike, two staff members talked to me. When I asked which bike I could ride faster, they did not answer my question. Some bikes are just very slow no matter what we do, so I don't want to get one like that. When I asked how long it would take if I wanted to ride in each direction from the hotel without a stop, the male staff member answered my question, but the female staff member kept on talking "Don't ride fast. You are going to get into accidents." Whenever I talked about "fast" like "how fast", "how long it takes", she just kept on talking "Fast is not good." I am a mature individual and I will not go fast if I could not. She just refused to provide information that I was looking for. As long as I return the bike intact, the rest is my own responsibility.

The hotel is at superb location. The breakfast is very delicious with many local and healthy food choices.

Thoughtful staff. Asked me if my mother required a shower chair before I even had a chance to.

Overall pretty good! The view from the hotel is great, it is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping

The lake view balcony is the only selling point! The service staff are also very polite and courteous. Nothing to say, but the rest... Personally, I don’t think it’s very good: 1. The house price is not cheap. 2. The room is not big, the layout is not good, and the bathroom is right between the door and the bed. When you are taking a bath, your family members cannot go to the toilet, take things out of the closet, or go out ~ otherwise they will all be seen... 3. There is still a lack of a small cabinet or shelf in the corner of the bed (there is one in the middle of the 2 beds) If I sleep on this side, my phone can only be placed on the floor 🙄 4. Although Taiwan promotes environmental protection, there are no "slippers" in the picture. The above products are sold at the counter. A pair of slippers costs $30, which is not expensive. But it’s inconvenient… 5. Four pillows are provided in most hotels. If there are only two, they are not too flat. The bed is also hard. The quilt is too thin.

The location is incredible. It’s convenient to get there. The view from the room facing the lake is great. It is recommended to book a room facing the lake. The biggest drawback is that there are very few parking spaces on the street and it is inconvenient to get in and out.

The lake view is great! However, the hotel cooperated with environmental protection and did not inform us in advance that there were no paper slippers. Although there was Netflix on the TV, it was difficult to connect. The four-person room did not have enough mobile phones or electronic products to charge. I also hope there will be a Bluetooth speaker to play music!

The service attitude is good and the breakfast is above average. The only drawback is that there are not many parking spaces in the first parking lot and it is full at about 16:30.

Two people get two meals per room, and the breakfast is up to standard, but the all-you-can-eat chicken stew is provided for dinner, which costs NT$825 including tax for an additional person, and the content is lackluster! There were two tables in total that night. One table might be staff’s relatives and friends, and they were treated differently. We were miserable. We wanted to have some corn.. If we didn’t add it, we would give some green onions..
