Where to begin. Our stay at this hotel was a significant disappointment, especially considering the price we paid. The room was in poor condition, with noticeable dirt and a shower that barely functioned. Despite paying for a balcony view, we were disappointed to find none. The room itself was cramped, lacking wardrobe space, and furnished with pillows the quarter of a normal size. Also, the lock to our door barely worked and felt quite unsafe. The room was the worst i’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed in many basic hostels. Our sleep was frequently disrupted by noise, including early morning piano playing at 5am and a prolonged screaming match from the above floor, which went on from 3am to 7am and management failed to address despite our complaints. While the hotel's location was convenient for accessing the train station, it was a bit far from the metro. The breakfast offered was unappetizing and lacking variety, further diminishing our experience. The only bright spot was the pleasant demeanour of the barman. Moreover, despite claims of a rooftop bar, it was non-existent. Additionally, upon departure, we were surprised to find an attempt to overcharge us for the tourist tax (charged us for 3 people instead of 2). Overall, our stay left much to be desired, and we felt like we wasted our money. The only redeeming aspect of our holiday was leaving this disappointing hotel. While I can typically tolerate basic accommodations, the disparity between the hotel's advertised features and what we experienced was unacceptable.

Busy location, tired decor, poor breakfast, noisy traffic, leaky air-conditioning, makeshift sleeping arrangements & limited food menu. Pleasant helpful staff. A nice building with much potential, but falls short of its 4 stars. My opinion 'dissapointing'

This hotel is located in a real bad area, garbage and graffiti everywhere . On a main and loud street, there was fireworks at midnight. The staff as non accommodating or friendly, the room where big which is fine, but the beds where SUPER uncomfortable, the mattress super hard, sheets old and rough, pillows on 2 flat an old, the phone of course didn’t work to call for more pillows. The bathrooms moldy and towels old. ********** drop this hotel . This is the WORST HOTEL hotel I have stay at.

Arrived early evening during the heat wave so incredibly hot and desperate for a cool room and comfy bed. We had booked 2 double rooms. One was double and the other small. The double was ok although tired-looking with a smelly fridge that didn't work, the aircon also stopped working late on in the evening and couldn't be fixed. The small room was disgusting, smelt of faeces, the fridge had mold and flies in. They swapped the room for a better one but the aircon wouldn't drop below 25 degrees. We asked where we could go to buy snacks and water locally to be told we were not allowed to bring food and drink from outside of the hotel and had to buy from the bar. Bought sandwiches from the bar, tasteless and unpleasant! The roof terrace had a few seats but not what is shown in the pictures. Do not be deceived by the pictures the hotel rooms certainly do not look like them. We were not the only guests who complained and had aircon issues. Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful and some couldn't understand English. Moved to another hotel after one night. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Our room had a broken AC that was leaking. When housekeeping offered a swamp cooler, the front desk staff said he didn’t think it was needed because “he” thought it was cool enough (despite it being significantly warmer than the rooms of the other people in our group). He also said the AC was working properly. We purchased a fan to use as the outside temperature was 40+ degrees. Much to be desired with the cleanliness. Very happy to only have stayed one night.

The property was shockingly bad, dirty every thing to floors, furniture, light fixtures, aircon never worked, after Complaining all they did was open the balcony doors which lit in the mosceetos, toilet was not screwed to the floor. I could go on and on. We have stayed in many dozens of hotels over the years and this is one of the worst if not the worst.

Disgusting, dirty, unfriendly. Furniture was half broken half good use. Not recommended. They need a sanitation plan in place. The side in the lobby dirty and staff not friendly at all. Bad as it is.
