"I would not recommend this hotel to any Black African traveler. Valentine questioned the authenticity of our €50 note and examined it extensively before accepting it. It was only after my boyfriend produced additional €50 notes that she seemed satisfied it was genuine. Whether intentional or not, the experience was embarrassing, humiliating, and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized as paying guests. The facility is clean, but the way leading up to the hotel is scary."

"I stayed in room 1, it was modern and immaculate... Loads of storage and a safe, It had everything needed including air conditioning that was remote controlled, easy to use and very much needed... Kettle, fridge, coffee machine and breakfast items in the room every day including 'fresh' milk for a cup of tea... Not those silly little cuplets...lol The bathroom is fully modern with a rain head shower which was awesome after a long day and a great way to start the day... The facilities provided everything I needed to start the day well rested and ready to go... Suitable for lone travellers, couples and small families as this was a triple room (Queen size bed and a single bed) and I don't think anything will beat it for the cost... Pure value for money... Perfect, and I mean perfect location... Napoli centrale is literally a 10/15 min stroll with bags (unless you stop for a cappuccino on the way in One of around 15 cafes on the way)... Restraints and cafes in every direction and a shop on the other side of the road... One thing I will say is the owners were fantastic with me... My train was delayed and I didn't get here until late and they made sure I got in and sorted for the night... Communication was fantastic, I kept them posted, and they replied promptly... I can't thank them enough for that. 'When' I come back to Naples... This will be my go to accommodation without question. Thanks to all at Opera house Naples for an amazing stay..."

"Cheap stay in naples before we headed down towards Sorrento. Naples is a classic city, very busy lots of traffic and quite unique to naples the constant beeping of the horns. Which would wake you on a weekday morning. We walked into the centre and it’s hustle and bustle. The plus points room was comfortable, tea coffee and snacks complimentary, security of the building was great and very close to the airport for a quick taxi to the room. I would not recommend getting a hire car as there is no where to park. Negatives Shower tray leaked out the door, towels provided sorted this. The kettle still had water in and needed a clean. For a cheap stay near the airport with family, this is perfect!"

"We're currently staying at this hotel and are very happy. The standard double room is lovely, clean, modern and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is good and replenished quickly. The evening meal is also lovely. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We are upgrading to a superior room with jacuzzi purely for a couple of days of complete relaxation before we go home. We knew the pool would be empty before we came - it clearly mentions it on their website. I would come back again, but later in the season, just so I can use the pool as it looks good."

"The hotel is located next to Naples' train station, very close to the ZTL (Zone of the District of Columbia), but not within the ZTL zone. It's a 100-meter walk away, and convenient for taking the metro and train. The accommodation is new and well-equipped. The shower has a strong water pressure and comfortable temperature. The only drawback is that the air conditioning units are quite noisy when running, which might be inconvenient for those sensitive to noise at night. There are grocery stores and restaurants downstairs, making it a very convenient location. The Pacheggio Di Napoli Centrale parking garage is much larger than those in other European cities, offering ample space and easy access. The driveways are wide, preventing scratches. However, considering Naples's income level, parking fees are higher than in major cities like Milan, likely due to the tight parking supply. The parking fee for 38 hours (from 8 PM on the 4th to around 10 AM on the 6th) was €64.50, not the €15 per day incorrectly listed on Ctrip. Furthermore, the €25 cap should be calculated from 1 AM onwards at €3 per hour, not on a daily basis. Breakfast is served in the bar on the first floor. Compared to other places, the breakfast is quite simple, consisting of a piece of bread and coffee. The female server at the coffee bar is not enthusiastic. She had a cold expression on both days I went there. Two people were given one plate, and she got upset and gave me a hard time if I asked for an extra plate."

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."
