Ulasan Hotel Suite Ares

location not far from train station but area is a bit rough at nite. booked twin bed but was given double & staff said request info not reached them. per our request, we left packed baggage in double room & requested to change & arrange baggage to twin room once available as we went out. tho good news was room changed but they did not know where our baggage were. finally baggage found & staff did not help to get baggage from their storage room ie literally no service at all. breakfast was very very basic, not reckon as standard. room was small

Hotel is quite old. Furniture is dirty. Service is awful. Breakfast was disappointing. In whichever criteria, this shouldn't be any star hotel. Especially too expensive for tiny room and tiny shower. So tiny that it is very limiting to even move around.

Great location in Naples right by L'antica pizza da michele and other nice restaurants in the historic center, the 24/7 staff was very helpful and booked us a taxi for a very early flight, clean and comfortable rooms albeit slightly old.

Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu vieillot, et les chambres un peu vieilles, tout était parfait! Le service était super, très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bien également et l'hôtel est superbement bien situé. Si je reviens à Naples, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.
