Hotel terbaik di Naples

We really liked this hotel. The staff at reception were very good and very helpful. The location was perfect for us, and the hotel had lots of character and a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good too, and the afternoon pastries were a nice little bonus. I would recommend this hotel.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana a La Casa del Sole a Mergellina e sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta del servizio. Il personale è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile a fornire consigli su cosa visitare in città. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, era ricca e variata, con prodotti freschi e tipici. La camera era pulitissima e ben arredata, con una vista mozzafiato sul lungomare. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il rumore della strada sottostante, ma nulla che abbia rovinato il mio soggiorno. Tornerò sicuramente

From the start there was a glitch in the Reservation. Rosa was great and after a couple of min she took care of the issue and accommodated us right away and was very pleasant and professional. Everyone at the front are great and helpful, Sara, Paolo, Francesca, Maria. The concierge were very helpful. At breakfast everyone worked hard and great service. Everyone at the hotel were very approachable and pleasant. WE will be returning.

We just returned from a ten day trip to Italy where Hotel Il Convento was one of four places we stayed. It was my favorite, from the very comfortable bed and the great air conditioning, to the very friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. This was the only hotel that gave us a full breakfast that included eggs, meats and cheeses as well as delicious pastries. Our room had a private balcony which was very appreciated, in order to relax outdoors at the end of our busy days. I highly recommend Hotel Il Convento!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Beautiful location with stunning views of Naples. Lovely staff who could not have been more helpful. Superb restaurant reasonably priced. Beautiful terrace and pool. Comfortable clean rooms. Short walk down into town. Bit steep coming back but there is a very inexpensive funicular round the corner although we preferred to walk off the pizza and pasta and go on foot! Would definitely go back there.

We booked this hotel to attend a wedding. We stayed five night. The actual hotel is in a reasonably good condition. The staff generally were very friendly. One member really stood out, Vitoria. He was so friendly and always pleasant. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced, and for a four star hotel not acceptable by any standards. They did not have a toaster, the scrambled eggs and sausages stone cold. They were in bain marie but nothing worked. The croissants were stale every day. The cheese and ham was slapped on same dish. When food ran out, they never replenished it, said no more all gone? Please sort your breakfast out. Buy a toaster, provide fresh croissants, serve food hot, and replace items finished. This will not cost a lot to put right. I have to be honest and hopefully some management will realise the main complaint about your hotel is breakfast. The hotel is a fair distance from the centre but taxis quick to come by. As a hotel manager myself. I rarely complain. I just hope you sort out a very simple matter like breakfast. Take on board my comments. I would love to read reviews again about your much improved breakfast. If there were lots of options nearby to have breakfast, but nothing. That is why you need your breakfast to be top class. The service generally was very good.

Hotel muito charmoso e acolhedor, quarto com camas confortáveis e banheiro amplo localizado no ponto nobre da cidade. Cafe da manhã gostoso com opções variadas de frios, Paes e doces e funcionários muito receptivos. Perto dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Glücksfall in Neapel* Habe durch Zufall dieses 3*** Hotel entdeckt. Es ist ein ehemaliges kleines Kloster. Komplett saniert. Sehr sauber. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit bequemen Bett und grandioser Aussicht auf Neapel und den Golf von Neapel. Das Personal inklusive der Damen vom Reinigungsteam verdienen ein extra Lob. Freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Internetverbindung perfekt. Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss- Zugang zu kleinem Garten. Von der leider ungenutzten Dachterrasse hat man ebenfalls einen tollen Ausblick auf Stadt und Meer. Bei Google Maps konnte ich mir kein richtiges Bild von der Lager machen. Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse unterhalb des Corso V. Emanuele. Man geht ein paar Treppenstufen vom Corso oder nach der kleinen Tankstelle den Weg hinunter (100m) hinab- Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit der Strandseilbahn ”Funicolare di Montesanto”zu erreichen. 5 min Fußweg und 5 min Fahrt und man ist mitten im Trubel von Neapel. In direkter Nähe gibt es 2 Restaurants, eine Pizzeria und einen ” Hühnergrill”. Anreise vom Flughafen : Alibus zum Hauptbahnhof Garibaldi- dann Metro bis Montesanto und dann Standseilbahn* Ich kann dieses Hotel in der 3*** Kat sehr empfehlen. Es liegt sehr gut erreichbar, aber man kann sich dort von der Stadt zurückziehen.

Fantastic getaway place to stay. Very clean, great location, beautiful views and our main purpose for the visit to Naples was a visit to Pompeii which was amazing. Location of apartment was ideal for metro, which was simple to use (and a good experience). What made this a pleasure was how helpful and accommodating Antonio was, as well as the cleaners, from start to finish. We will return again and definitely stay at the Relais Castel Nouvo.
