The free hotel shuttle stop at Narita airport is conveniently located right outside international arrivals in T1 at bus bay 16, shared with all other hotel shuttles. Not sure about the T2 stop. However, be aware that the current shuttle schedule operates only FOUR TIMES PER DAY. (see picture: bottom row, 3rd from left) So plan accordingly. Check-in required just a passport. Got the room key in 15 seconds. The room was big by Japan standards. The AC worked very well. The restroom was small but had everything we needed. Also included are complimentary slippers and use of yukata. The 7-11 (open 24 hours) and Narita train station were just 2-3 minutes walk even with luggage. We checked out early in the morning and easily walked to the train station with all of our luggage. Overall a very decent stay in a great location. The only headache is planning to use the hotel/airport shuttle, since it operates so infrequently.

It’s ok to be recommended near in JR Narita station , more place to eat and convenient in anywhere and the room is clean and quit.

Close to train station. Exit at west side . Public bus stop nearby . Have a family mart and 7-11 nearby ..free shuttle bus to airport in the morning . I arrived noon time so I put my luggage with the reception and went out for lunch.I did not buy breakfast because I have to catch my flight around 10,,.. The cost of 1000 yens is really good price. When I came back around 4, my luggage was already sent to my room . The kettle was already heated with warm water . Basic amenities provided in the room .A little drawback may be sound proof .. fortunately my neighbour room was pretty noiseless at night

It’s good to have bath in the hotel in Japan, & the size of room is quite good. But the sound proofing is not good.

Hotel is near Narita station. I book it for a twenty hours lay over and it gave me a restful night before I continue my trip.

It is near to the station but if you leave the hotel before 6 am and bring huge luggage it will be very exhausting to carry the luggage to the station

It is in Good location near to Airport but 3rd Floor is for smokers, it smells bad.

There was a problem with the toilet and the water wouldn’t stop flushing just before going to bed. Apparently the toilet was broken so they had us change rooms was done quite smoothly. Thank goodness The other guests voices can be heard quite loudly which is a bit annoying especially if you have a very early flihjt the next day. Otherwise overall we were happy with our stay!
