Hotel looks old but Perfect location. Near for transportation and tourist attractions… well recommended

Near station easy to transfer. Lobby able to communicate in English and good take care non well English speaker.

Very close to the train station, accessible via link bridge. 1-2 stops away from Narita Airport, and is walkable to Naritasan temple. There's free shuttle to Narita Airport too, though only twice in the mornings (7+ and 8+am, and twice in the evenings). Breakfast set is nice too. 7-11 is right across the road, and there's a family mart behind the hotel. Old hotel with dated decor, but has usual amenities and good service and friendly yet professional staff as usual. They provide yukata in the room to wear too! Front desk has staff that speaks good basic english. Only complaint is that the phone in our room kept ringing multiple times at odd hours of the night (around 1am, 2am and 4am) both nights we stayed there, but every time we picked up there was no one on the other end - just the beep beep beep tone, which was quite creepy. Asked front desk and they said it wasn't them. Overall not bad, has everything you'd need for a hotel, situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. Though not sure if would stay again due to the unnerving phone calls from no-one.

Nice place to stay if you are taking flight from/to Narita. We arrived late at night, and had a great time spending one day in Narita too. Few places are within walking distance from the hotel. The room is clean, fit for two and the yukata they provided is so comfy. Took video of the room and no picture, unfortunately we cannot upload video here.

The free hotel shuttle stop at Narita airport is conveniently located right outside international arrivals in T1 at bus bay 16, shared with all other hotel shuttles. Not sure about the T2 stop. However, be aware that the current shuttle schedule operates only FOUR TIMES PER DAY. (see picture: bottom row, 3rd from left) So plan accordingly. Check-in required just a passport. Got the room key in 15 seconds. The room was big by Japan standards. The AC worked very well. The restroom was small but had everything we needed. Also included are complimentary slippers and use of yukata. The 7-11 (open 24 hours) and Narita train station were just 2-3 minutes walk even with luggage. We checked out early in the morning and easily walked to the train station with all of our luggage. Overall a very decent stay in a great location. The only headache is planning to use the hotel/airport shuttle, since it operates so infrequently.

Excellent service.Hotel can keep our trolley bag total 10 bags after check out, is amazing...Our flight after check out early in the morning next day, we go visit from morning to night to Fuji mountain and end visit late night. Late night claim bag...thanks for make our travel to Tokyo with good experience..

Clean,Good location and value for money.

Room is so old, bed has been used for more than 40 yrs I guess. One male receptionist was disrespectful, pathetically arrogant . Hotel receptionists cannot speak English at a daily communication level, so annoying

It’s ok to be recommended near in JR Narita station , more place to eat and convenient in anywhere and the room is clean and quit.

The hotel is a quite old, the interior of the room have the 90s feel but is ok for just one night stay. It is very near to Narita airport. Just 1 stop away from Narita station.

The room was clean and is just nice for 3 persons. It is convenient located to the subway and JR train station, near the hotel has convenience stores and restaurant. It has shuttle bus provided to the airport, comfortable bus ride and driver will informed which terminal he reached include assistance with the luggages. Great driver.

Awesome place, definitely would stay again!! If you get the chance enjoy the food
