Very Good. Nice hotel. Recommend. 😊 Free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel every hour. Free shuttle bus to airport reserve at the front counter. Near the street, not far from Aeon and many restaurants. Not far from JR & Kesei station and Narita temple. 10-15 minuites to Narita Airport Terminal 1,2,3 Clean Room. Comfort Bed & pillow& blanket. Clean toilet & Hot & cold Water

The hotel breakfast is highly recommended. There are so much to choose from. Its bus shuttle to Narita and back is such a blessing. We where able to catch our flight and bus on time. The staff are welcoming and friendly too. An easy Five star rating.

The hotel has moldy smell, thin wall which can hear the noise next door and crickets outside. Decent room space to stay overnight to catch early morning flight on the next day

Great location, walkable from narita station. They offer shuttle bus starting at 6:30 am to airport which is 15 min drive away. Convenience store in hotel. Very good place to stay if you have an early flight.

The hotel is very near the airport and offers free pick up to and from Airport-hotel. Their amenities are good. And the staff and very nice and accommodating. It is also near from other local tourist spot and restaurants that a tourist can enjoy. This hotel is good. 😊

This hotel was great to stay at. Perfect location to train stations, many delicious restaurants nearby. The food was good, the suff so helpful and cheerful!

The room is very clean, have usb chargers and modern. The breakfast is amazing. They have a shuttle service for the narita airport, but you need to make reservation.

It was near narita station but far from Narita Airport. But it's easy to get the place to stay. Overall, the hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast not so standard for all guests. Specifically for the Muslim guests. But we are satisfied except Breakfast and complimentary water . The good thing is Airport bus service. Wish we will stay again in the future.

This hotel just feels old and dirty but it is in fact clean. Well located close to town stations, the temple, and Aeon Town Shopping Centre plus good food options. Im a regular client here over the years as it is best price for quality in the town centre.

Will definitely go back again. Close to shopping mall, railways station and shopping street in walking distance. Friendly staffs. Very good breakfast.
