Average hotel. Rooms on some floors were newer than others. We were promised complimentary parking space but on arrival were told we need to pay! Too tired to argue! Room size was small. 3 bedders were same size as 2 bedders with 3 beds squeezed in, had to walk like crabs. Will not stay here next time.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was still great. Only downside would be if you wanted a hotel with a sauna. You can walk to the 7-11 downstairs or walk 5 mins to a bigger one. If you want to take the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport they end at 21:55 and you can go to the airport every hour at x:30. Saves a lot of money instead of taxi.

Convinience to restaurant , supermarket and train station . Clean and all amenities is available. Recommended this hotel to all travelers here in japan

Very Good. Nice hotel. Recommend. 😊 Free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel every hour. Free shuttle bus to airport reserve at the front counter. Near the street, not far from Aeon and many restaurants. Not far from JR & Kesei station and Narita temple. 10-15 minuites to Narita Airport Terminal 1,2,3 Clean Room. Comfort Bed & pillow& blanket. Clean toilet & Hot & cold Water

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Supermarkets, food court, restaurant nearby. Airport transfer for free.

A bit too small for someone who has big luggage and need to repack stuff but still got great service and free shuttle bus!!

The room was small, bathroom has no space, you virtually need to squeeze in there. Facility was modified without consideration for lodgers comfort….AC installed at odd angles, slip way was an after thought at first level, driveway is odd for buses reversing and exiting, need to be more safety conscious there etc. For Heidstar, just be ready to expect the unexpected. They will need to reappraise and be more customer focussed.

Soundproofing between rooms was fine, but I heard gnats in the corridor. Very irritating. Plus, shuttle buses from Narita Airport need to be reserved. Also annoying. Otherwise, the wifi worked, and so did the a/c.

The hotel breakfast is highly recommended. There are so much to choose from. Its bus shuttle to Narita and back is such a blessing. We where able to catch our flight and bus on time. The staff are welcoming and friendly too. An easy Five star rating.

The hotel has moldy smell, thin wall which can hear the noise next door and crickets outside. Decent room space to stay overnight to catch early morning flight on the next day

overall everything was in order. staff is so cooperative and llcation is so near to naristan temple.

Everything was Excellent… room was clean and very Comfortable and the best thing was Shuttle Bus Service. I will recommend this hotel to my friends Thank you 😊

The hotel is very near the airport and offers free pick up to and from Airport-hotel. Their amenities are good. And the staff and very nice and accommodating. It is also near from other local tourist spot and restaurants that a tourist can enjoy. This hotel is good. 😊
