Airport Hotel with Shuttle Service approx. every 45 minutes and also vlose to a Metro Station into the City. Avoid rooms to the street, they are noisy. No Coffee or tea making Options in the room.

Perfect for a short stay if you have a following flight early in the morning. Free shuttle service from and to drom the airport is useful. Also from barajas metro station it is 10 euros with uber. Missing free water and coffee amentities but overall very good

Very good hotel with super friendly reception staff. Room was clean and well organised. There was a mini bar in the fridge but I would have liked a kettle. There is a restaurant on site but we did not use it. There is a free airport shuttle which we used to return to the airport. However we arrived at 10am and were told the shuttle was not available until 12:00 so we had to get a taxi which cost 25€.

Made the mistake of booking this hotel for the second time after having forgotten about staying here a couple years ago. The hotel itself is fine but the shuttle service to the airport is atrocious. Got immediate PTSD when I remembered (upon arriving to the hotel bus stop). Took about 1.5 hours for the shuttle to show up for pickup at the airport (is advertised as a maximum of 45 mins). Then the line for the 2 check-in desks was unsurprisingly extremely long after a packed shuttle dropped off everyone at once. Bill Heinecke and Minor should be ashamed.

There is Shuttle to the airport, but mainly 1hour between,near the airport,15minutes roughly. The reception is good and kind. Just the room not voice keep ,i heard the neighbors phone and talk clearly😅

Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, just a 10mins drive. Decent size super market and few restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Good place to stay overnight/short visit in Madrid; near the airport. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. Airport shuttle is very reliable.

Easy to go the airport with shuttle bus service. Good breakfast.

I had a nice stay here, The room was clean and cleaned every day. The pool was lovely to cool off in and if you can score a lounger - even better. There are many good place to eat very close to the restaurant, and a great chinese about 7 minutes walk away from the freeway. Good airport shuttle service.

5 min walking distance from El Capricho metro station. Can go to city center in 30 or 40 min. Free shuttle runs to airport. Breakfast is OK. PC and printer is available at the lobby. No drinking water is offered but buy at store in front of hotel. Medium size mart is located in 600 meter. Mostly recommended for staying one or two days before departure.
