To be precise 1.Worst possible tea, just water, no tra flavour, was made, because i ordered it, and he has to make it 2.The most ridiculous ”SELF LUGGAGE POLICY” . You have tobcarry your own luggage, after paying such large amount, you cannot even expect a bellboy, or a luggage carrier, instead had to bring all luggage ***** with a 8 month old baby with self. 3.The guard dont know the short path to the parking or from parking to lobby, and telling to go around the whole hotel from one end to another walking with luggage, beacuse of again that ”SELF LUGGAGE POLICY”, which is first a walk downhill and then a walk uphill.So much for customer service.The short path was there, but was left to be discovered by the guest themselves, as a adcenture activity I guess with your luggage being carried 4.Bad smell in room 5.Bad smell in toilet, as there is no exhaust outlet, or as far as i saw, couldnot locate one, there may be one, but still the toilet stinks. 6.Electric kettle in room was broken and dirty, when complaint was made, the person came after 20-30 min, to take a look, when the problem was already being communicated, and then started arguing that water is heating in it, then whats the problem.Then after telling to change it, again went for 15-20min and came back with new one, but a dirtier one. It was to be used for heating water for baby, but alas, no hot water for us now. We managed with other foods for the baby, as how can we use that dirty kettle, and the rudeness of service boy, we decided it is not worth arguing any more. 8.when at checkout we said all the above points, one reception guy went out as if nothing happened right in front of us and other just heard everything with a piker face, as if he was already trained for this. Overall, it may be a different experience for others, but was a terrible one for us, and will never book it again. Also there are better hotels in same price providing better facilities already in same city, and would suggest to explore those rather than wasting money here.

First of all I would like to congratulate you all for (IHCL) introducing a new brand as Gateway and we hope on behalf of Signature International Foods that the Gateway brand will grow to great heights in the future. Gatway is really spacious with rich look which can accommodate many guests. I will surely suggest to book the banquet Venue to make your event more memorable. The food is really tasty and delicious. We really liked the Breakfast , Lunch, Hitea ,Dinner are served to our Staff & our Business Associates & all especially loved the foods Thanks to Banquet chef Jadhav, chef Govind , chef sintu ,chef Tayde Mr. Satish sales Manager & chef Ritsh Agrwal of coordinated the event is a model of customer service. They both helped us in all possible ways, right from the Food selection to the Event management. He made sure all our requests are promptly addressed. We are very happy of the quality of the service Specily Thanks to Mr. Yogesh , Mr Akil, Mr Yayti , Mr Rushi, Mr Ravindra ,Mr Dhiraj & Anuj The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. With great delight, I would surely recommend Gateway Hotel for our Next events . It's great for solo travellers where travelling to explore as rooms are smaller than standard however all the amenities are made available..was a good quick stay for a few hours

Staying at this property from 3days now and I must say it's a highly recommended property located in the prime area of city with almost everything you would want in a hotel. I am indeed impressed with the hospitality experienced it right from the check in until now. I truly appreciate Mukund, senior manager and Devansh from the front desk who went an extra step and took really good care during my stay here that I am thankful for. Restaurant manager Chandra Panda was very courteous during our breakfast visits and was very welcoming to ensure pleasant breakfast experience. The house keeping staff is very humble and ensured a proper cleaned and hygienic with timely checks rooms. Ssk has a banquet hall ***** with spa, a cafe that's open till 4am to ensure your night cravings are answered well. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean too. They have a valet parking too which is not so common in Nashik as yet. As I travel to Nashik quite often for its food and weather, I would want to stay here soon again. Cheers!

Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

Excellent property located in bank of river godavari. Very near to popular temples like kalaram mandir and sita gupa. Excellent food, spacious room, ample car parking with facility for driver stay. Best hotel to stay in nashik.
