One of the Best experience with Pure Vegetarian food, excellent service, super supportive staff and front desk. Very near to Railway station and Easily accessible from National Highways. Super Clean and Hygienic rooms, comfortable Beds, have a swimming pool for Adults and kids. Huge parking at parking lot. Will recommend this to all Business and Travellers to experience the hospitality of Hotel Ashwin Igatpuri.

I had a delightful stay at the Gateway hotel. It's a perfect place for spending a quality relaxing time with family. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained. The lawns are amazingly large surrounded with greenery. There were activities for my son, the pool is amazing and the hot jacuzzi was simply outstanding. Staff is very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety. We also enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evening hearing a wonderful flute player. The massage and spa services were also outstanding and the staff there is well trained. Everything at the hotel is outstanding and made a memorable vacation for us. We plan to visit again.

A not so great experience. Excellent checkin but bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. Used sheets were not changed and it took some time for the staff to change them. Towels had lost their original white colour and need to be replaced. No mats provided outside the bathroom door as a result a lot of wet patches in the room. Food in the restaurant was good and the serving staff were good. But there were a lot of flies hovering around the tables and food. One hand was utilized in shooing the flies away. Given the cost of the room expected better things. Plus point more than adequate parking space, located ideally on the highway easily accessible.

We visited Nashik for an athletics meet and were there with our kids (athletes- participants). I must say our requirements (getting boiled eggs and fruits to our room way before the breakfast time, at night they would have to shift our car near the lobby as we had to leave early in the morning, buying medicines or safety pins etc) were a little challenging but the staff and ***agement were prompt to fulfill them and didn't say a no for anything. Special thanks and mention for Mr. Arvind, who took care of all the details. The food quality and spread is very good, service is brilliant, staff is always smiling. Kids enjoyed their pool time and the games they provide in the game zone. Overall its a very nice, neat and clean hotel with good food, good hygiene and gives an overall experience for a family stay or corporate stay or a group vacation. Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint
