Tropical Retreat Luxury Spa & Resort

First of all I was quite impressed by the warm welcome from their staff Suraj, Roshni and Mr Prem Sharma. I went there with my mom who is 73 everytime that staff was there to help her before me. They take care of all the comforts from child to aged people. They take care of all the small things of yours to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Lot of activities, Gym, swimming pool, games room and beautiful surroundings of resort will keep you busy all day without make you tired. And the top of the cherry is the food . Delicious and authentic so I couldn't come back without saying thanks to executive chef Mr Sai kumar Sharma. After spoke with him I came to know that he is very experienced. Again Mr Rajvinder head there is personally look out for make your stay comfortable. I would like to suggest that to take one most beautiful experience of life should go there.

I went there with my family with kids of age group of 1 to 14 and could not find any better place than this. It was the bet decision we made when we planned for family outing. 1) The indoor and outdoor both activities there was incredible .They were well maintained. 2) The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. 3) The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable". 4) The place gives amazing vibes. The Greenery , pool and everything over there was well maintained . The temperature controlled pool was cherry on top as when we planned to go to pool it started raining and was quite windy. So the temperature controlled pool was like cherry on top. So the kids did not got upset and were able t o enjoy. 5) The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable" 6) The review would not be complete without mentioning the Food. The food was lip smacking in Ambrosia. The manager to staff all were helpful and friendly. I would really like to thank the Executive Chef Mr Sai Kumar Sharma for his great hospitality and really appreciate his effort . I was craving for focaccia bread which was not available but he was kind enough to prepare that specially for us and make sure we were able to enjoy that before we checked out. Thank you to the entire staff and Mr Sai Kumar Sharma.

This place is just amazing The vibes, their staff , their room it’s just excellent I had come here for my anniversary, I had booked this place for 2 days I loved my stay with tropical retreat Firstly it’s a huge property with all amenities in it It has huge swimming pool, They also have temperature control swimming pool Huge dinning area Big rooms with mesmerising view And amazing food The staff here are very friendly,they understand your needs Roshni who was always there Whnever we needed something, she always asked if we needed anything and was very friendly and caring Chef Sai Kumar made sure that he was always there at the table if needed anything He made us tried pumpkin soup made by him at it was out of the box Overall we had an amazing experience with tropical retreat igatpuri Thank you zuper hotels and tropical retreat for this lovely staycation

This has been a great experience and service staff was very courteous particularly Jaya Nikhil and loknath have been very nice and friendly. Food quality was awesome and buffet had great variety Must visit place for relaxation and rejuvenating.

Went for lunch to Ambrosia, ambience is average and needs upkeep, the staff was great and attentive. The food was very very average , but has room for updating their menu. The food options were very much within the scope of what every other restaurant is offering in the vicinity.

We stopped here for lunch food was amazing we ordered pasta in white sauce , Veg Hara bhara kabab Chole , messi roti and garlic naan and ended the lunch with tasty walnut brownie with icecream very nice ambience.....nice service given by Puja will visit again
