The hotel's central location in the northeast end of Riga's old town made it very easy to explore the city. We were close to the city's main attractions and were within a 5 minute walk to the Cat House, Freedom Monument, Riga/Dome Cathedral, and St. Peter's Cathedral. We booked the room without a window. It was very nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable. The room was quiet but a bit stuffy and we felt the AC wasn't strong enough. We felt there was still good value with this room though because of the price and there was a lot packed into it. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, tea station, cute tea cups and a large bathroom with a very nice shower. We appreciated that a wall adapter was provided and plugged in that worked with North American style plugs. The hotel is in a building from the 17th century and has a very nice looking mirrored atrium. There is a fun story where a horse threw a shoe, hit this building and stuck so the owner kept it because he felt it was good luck. The hotel has a bar in the lobby as well as a small shop. The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast which had a great view of the city from the window and a very good breakfast. The breakfast had a small buffet with cheese, smoked fish, fresh bread and some other nice choices. We enjoyed the variety of drinks like the rhubarb lemonade and hot chocolate. You can order one hot item which included.

The room is very spacious with large windows. Breakfast is good. Parking is ample and convenient. Get a great view of the old town across the harbor.

We went to Riga for leisure and to participate in the Riga marathon. Despite the fact, that the hotel was fully booked, the whole stay went over really smoothly and without a single worry. The rooms were spacious and nice, the breakfast good and the real star of our stay was Ilvars from lobby bar, who catered to all of our weird requests. It was really kind of the staff to let our friends use the morning sauna and showers after the marathon at approx. 3pm despite the fact that the check-out was actually at 12. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the old town and parks. It was really nice to go for a walk after breakfast and reach for needed stuff during the day. Thanks to the change the hotel that is so close, we managed to do a lot of sightseeing and take breaks in-between at the hotel with the total distance walked during the days being close to 25-30 kilometers. Vieta netālu no autoostas un Vecrīgas. Lai nokļūtu, gājiens pa bruģi un mazām ietvēm. Lai arī iečekošanās no 15, 17.00 jāstāv vismaz 40 minūšu rindā, ļoti garlaicīgs moments, ja paredzēta tikšanās. Nebiju informēta par garantijas naudas 30$ maksu. Istaba piemērota, 2 līmeņu, standarts. Pieejams gludināmais dēlis un tējas vārīšanas iespējas, kafija gan tikai 1, lai arī 2vietīgais numuriņš. Gardas brokastis. Spožs apgaismojums. Kluss.

Номер 603 очень тесный для двоих ! Грязный душ , отсутствие шкафа, нету холодильника 👎🏽 Розетки на весь номер только две и те не возле кровати , а под столом 😅 В номере пахло затхлостью и открытое окно за 5 часов не выветрило это ! 🤢 Переночевать и забыть , не более 👎🏽 Из + только отзывчивый персонал, который даст и десертную ложечку и чайник , разговаривают на русском , за это и те самые 2 ⭐️ Скудный шведский стол , один вид сыра , два вида ветчины , много бесполезных хлопьев 👎🏽 За капучино придется отстоять огромную очередь, ведь кофемашины всего две и только одна делает капуч и тот ужасный как оказалось 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 В основном корпусе наверное номера лучше , но нам не повезло , жили в пристройке за основным зданием 😔

Our favorite hotel in Riga already many many years! The staff makes the hotel very special - always friendly , always helpful and very attentive to every detail❤️. Our family like them very much🤗. The design of the hotel very stylish and very cosy in the same time. Delicious breakfast .

Добрый вечер . 18.11.23. мы посетили Ваш отель . Номер нам понравился.На регистрации работала сотрудник Юлия . Заплатив за номер 45 евро . После того , как мы поселились в номер , мы узнаём , что не работает телевидение . Вопрос к Юлии , почему она нас не предупредила ??? Мы решили выехать из отеля , но Юлия с нас сдержала 20 евро , за что ???? Это её вина , не сообщив нам , что не все услуги предоставлены клиенту. Мы останавливались в Вашем отеле раньше, Но после этого случая , нам конечно уже не захочется сюда возвращаться. Спасибо Вам за понимание.
