The room was clean and well-stocked, but also very “modern”? Dim lighting and concrete floors are not features that I was looking for, but that I inadvertently found. The real issue with my stay turned out to be the parking. It was advertised as $25 for self-park or $30 for valet. I chose valet, and was charged over $45. I chose to pay it because I was tired and didn’t want to deal with it. However, when I tried to leave at 7am the next morning, there was no staff available to get my vehicle….no valet attendant, no manager on duty, no staff at all. I called a phone number on the lobby door that got me to nothing but static, and requested my vehicle through the valet confirmation that was sent to me…no response. A barista was finally able to get a call back from a manager, who gave her a code to the valet safe. Forty minutes to get my vehicle that was parked about 15 yards from the lobby entrance. There were also three women who were not able to use their door code, and the barista had to assist them as well, by calling the manager and finding that there was an issue with their credit card. They were told that the manager didn’t come in until 2:30 pm. The service was definitely the worst part of our stay, and I would recommend staying elsewhere based on that alone.
