This hotel would have received a 5 star, but there are too many hidden fees. Who charges their clients to park in their parking lot or a traveler's fee deposit, etc. Everything was perfect except that. The location, staff, room loved it all. Sonesta, please do more to more your accommodations affordable and inviting.

We’ve stayed here before multiple times and have enjoyed it each time! We tried the restaurant in the hotel for the first time and it was amazing! We can’t wait to come back! Our kids really enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool!

The hotel was very clean. Very nice details to the rooms that felt more luxury than a basic hotel. No microwave though. Bed was very comfy. When we arrived to check in at 4 pm, our room was not ready so they put us in another room that was on the 10th floor instead of the 8th. Which we liked. Starbucks being inside the hotel was a big plus that we took advantage of!
