We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

Perfect stay! Our room upgrade to 2614 was fabulous and the views of Broadway lit up at night was a treat. The young man who checked us in was very polite and helpful. Super clean and updated location. Housekeeping was helpful with extra coffee and creamer. Beds were amazing. Toiletries had a very nice fragrance. In room steamer was a surprise. We only made the Mgr reception one night, food was plentiful and comp 2 drinks were great. Never made it to breakfast since we had plans or slept too late. Valet attendants were super friendly, very short wait for our vehicle. Some reviews mentioned slow elevators. We didn’t experience any of that. We attended a concert at Bridgestone, walking there and to all Broadway offers was super easy. If we find ourselves back in Nashville, we will stay here again.

On our motorcycle trip from Richmond Virginia to the Grand Canyon and back, we decided, since we'd never been there, to spend a day or two in Nashville. This Comfort Inn is right off I40. Easy on, easy off. Great location for strolling to Broadway and Music Row. Check in was a breeze, we were early and had no problem. We were given room #257, which is not on the second floor, and our bike was able to be parked right in front of our door. The lobby was clean. They have coffee set up 24/7, it appears, and there's an area stocked with sodas, water, red bull, chips. There's also a work station with computer and printer. The room was smallish, but definitely adequate. Both sleeping area and bathroom were clean. The water was hot, but the pressure was not best. The bed...VERY comfy, as were the pillows. Of all the free Continental Breakfasts we've seen over the course of our trip, THIS ONE stands out. Waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, breads, pastries, butter NOT frozen! And, to wrap it all up with a pretty bow...AN OMELET STATION! Yup! It's true. Awesome breakfast. So yea, a day or a couple, this is a great place to park.

Hotel ini sangat mengagumkan. Ia moden, bersih, tempat tidur adalah salah satu tempat tidur paling selesa yang pernah saya tidurkan dan kakitangannya sangat mengagumkan. Saya melakukan perjalanan 5 hari seminggu dengan pekerjaan saya dan hotel ini kini berada dalam senarai 3 teratas saya. Saya tidak sabar untuk dihantar kembali ke kawasan ini supaya saya dapat belajar di hotel ini !!! Bahkan ada Starbucks di hotel. Dan makanannya juga sedap !!! Perjalanan memudahkan tempahan!

The hotel shuttle is incredible, Josh is so attentive, it’s a huge reason why we stay here, can’t say enough wonderful things about the service and the employees. It’s our second time here, definitely not our last!

Great location and breakfast. You have to call for housekeeping service, otherwise they won’t come to clean the room by themselves. They definitely need more trollies in a busy hotel like this one. Good experience overall.

The rooms were great for our group of 2 moms and 3 daughters. The staff at front desk was just 1 person so they could never bring us towels or toilet paper when we were out, I had to send one of the kids downstairs to get it and I had to grab towels from the pool area. This is odd and I am confused as to why a Hilton has low staff at this giant hotel. Other than that it worked for us and was quiet. The rooms need to be updated with newer materials, the tub calking was gross and the shower head needed more water pressure. There was also a moldy smell near the closet near the sink that is outside the bathroom.

I liked that hotel wasn't far from ***** the employees where nice and helpful our room was nice and nice and clean I would definitely go back.
