If you want to stay in a hotel where you are transported back to the early 80s, this is the place. I felt like I was in a Roger Moore James Bond movie.

This hotel has charged me double for my stay. The woman working at the front desk when i checked out was rude and wouldnt listen to me when i tried to explain it to her and kept insisting that it wasnt a charge on my credit card but a pre auth, however they did the pre auth and returned it and THEN charged for the room. She literally kept cutting me off and wouldnt listen. I had to call in hours later when i noticed my proper card still wasnt charged for the room but the wrong card still was. Not sure if it was her who answered but i got passed off to someone else pretty quickly. They said they rectified it, charged my proper card and would email me a receipt. Here i am a day later and now both cards are charged and i still havent seen a receipt of any kind.

This hotel needs to be remodeled or tore down. There was mold in our room, the base boards are just placed against the wall, and the elevators are past due for their safety inspections. Bathtub had mold and rust and someone attempted to caulk around it but it is still visible. Door frame was rotted and rusted out, chairs were filthy and the furniture has been partied on. There was no control over the hotel at all, dogs barking way past 1030 at night. Room was not serviced until after 3pm and that was because we called for more towels.

Hotel is very old and not kept updated. Janitorial items were super cheap quality, bathroom is very small, bathroom’s fan didn’t work, carpet has an old and dusty smell. The restaurant was sadly very poor quality food. Staff were attentive but they looked overworked. I will never want to stay in this hotel again. I was very disappointed!

We stayed here for our wedding night, and overall it was very good. It was a little loud everywhere and the rooms were kind of noisy. We had a view looking over the lake and that was great, but there is a bunch of water dripping by the window so the carpet was a little wet. There was a nice bar to sit out to have a drink late in the evening the front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful.

Terrible - the beds are tiny and everything is very old and run down. There's not wifi unless you sign up for something for 7 days and if you want faster wifi it's money each day. Worst of all- although the hot water worked in the sink it would not work at all in the shower in rm 922. I waited for 10 minutes trying to get hot water with my husband coming in to try as well and it wouldn't get warm, and the tub kept filling up even though the drain was open. It was obviously plugged up somewhere and black bits were floating in it. It was disgusting. Then I grabbed a towel and there were long black hairs on it. Gross. Came out of the shower dirtier than when I went in.
