The hotel is well located, with an easy acesa To the beach… The crew is nice, but the building and rooms DO NEED maintenance and finishing. AC liking, walls and ceilings stained… We all know the sea wind demands constant maintenance, but I didn’t see it at the hotel…

We have stayed here half a dozen times and we will never be back. The pool has been closed multiple years. Our room was filthy. Couldn’t decide if it was not cleaned by housekeeping or just gross. Believe the negative reviews about this property. They are all true. Overpriced and in need of serious renovations.

This was an excellent choice for my friend and me. We had a room with 2 double beds. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower was excellent. The hotel was very quiet. Since I have to eat gluten free, there weren't alot of choices for breakfast but the eggs, fruit and oatmeal were good. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed being able to sit in the area near the amazing fish tank and charge my phone while reading or eating. The front desk person who was on duty on Saturday morning, June 10 deserves a special shout out. My friend and I were in a serious car crash when leaving the hotel and the manager couldn't have been more kind and caring. We sat in the hotel lobby for hours collecting ourselves and figuring out transportation. Again, the desk clerk offered us water, asked if we wanted anything to eat, kept an eye on us and made us feel cared for. I am sorry I didn't get his name but he deserves to be recognized for the kindness he showed us.

The room was 87 degrees broken AC the front desk tried to help to non avail ! Spoke to the manager the very next day to get compensation for the 1st night that was awful and she agreed she said it would take time cause I booked it threw bookings and booking said the Hilton was not going to refund me a penny I’m passed off that 1st night was awful and the maintenance tied the curtains in a know to the air could come threw , but we couldn’t sleep at all after driving 18 hrs from Florida due to w flood life that lite up the room like it was 2 pm

Stayed here with a friend for one night for an event at the UBS Arena. When I first got to the hotel, I was a little nervous because it's right off a main drag, but I had nothing to worry about. The place was quiet and peaceful and didn't attract any sort of seedy element you might expect from such a central location. I had interactions with the front desk at check-in, late night after the event, and in the morning, and everyone was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean- definitely a little outdated, but I imagine that's true for most of the hotels in this area. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for both my friend and I to get some work done in the morning before we left. The free breakfast was solid, and eating it in that atrium with the sounds of the fountain was actually a nice way to start the morning. The people watching was also fun, as there was clearly a mix of people who had stayed there for the event, as well as airline crew heading to JFK. One thing to note: the backside of the hotel, including the room we stayed in, is pretty close to the LIRR tracks and trains come by pretty regularly. If you're not used to sleeping with the sound of train noise, I'd recommend earplugs. For anyone staying here for an event at UBS, it was about a 20 minute drive with traffic to the prepaid parking garage.
