Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

Las habitaciones son cómodas. Es buena relación calidad-precio. Es el mejor hotel que se ubica por esa zona. Las habitaciones cuentan con jacuzzi, así que te puedes relajar al final del día. Asimismo, cuentan con aire acondicionado, así que no hay problema en cualquier época del año.

Hotel ini sangat menarik. Ia adalah hotel nostalgia gaya Mexico. Hotel ini direka pada tahun 1970-an dan 1980-an. Keran adalah gaya kuno dengan air panas dan sejuk yang berasingan. Ia sangat comel. Bilik ini mempunyai dapur elektrik dan ketuhar gelombang mikro, dan juga mesin kopi. Ya, almari adalah pintu tersembunyi setebal seratus muka surat, yang dijaga dengan baik dan biliknya luas. Lokasi geografi sangat baik, ia adalah kawasan yang kaya, keselamatan awam yang baik, dan polis sering melakukan rondaan pada siang hari, terdapat bank besar dan pasar raya berdekatan, dan terdapat pelbagai restoran mewah dan kemudahan sokongan di sekelilingnya. Basic room with all the necessary things. Bed is a little bit hard and dust was present on almost every surface but bathroom was cleaned and I was impressed by the amount of goodies they provided. Good option on a budget

Nice hotel and very centrally located. Each day I had to to get the key reactivated by going to reception which was a bit annoying but everything else was good

I stayed at Hotel Brasilia the night of October 25, 2022. I paid 1,050 pesos for a room on the fifth floor with a single bed. This converted to 53.02 USD when I paid with my debit card. This included a buffet breakfast. Positives: Close to several bus stations. The room was clean, quiet, and safe. There was no air conditioning, but it was comfortable until late morning when the sun began to heat the room. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Negatives: There is wifi, but the signal was weak and inconsistent in the room I was in. It was better in the restaurant. I would have liked to be able to open a window a little more to let in some fresh air. I understand safety concerns, but I also like good air circulation while I sleep.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.

The carpet in my room had a mold smell which made my stay uncomfortable. But staff were very friendly and the service overall was good.

Un gran lugar para hosped****, la habitación muy amplia, todo limpio, el personal muy amable y eficiente. La vista desde la Terraza es muy bonita.
