I will agree Bad I book the room and it happen the room air con is not cold , I has make noise 3 times At 1st they still try to trick me that the air con is working well , what I need to do is only wait for 30 mins After I wait , the air con still not cold By no choice they transfer me to other room As show photo 2/3/4/5/6 The air con still not cold , just imagine August month ! It’s so hot , I can’t sleep for whole night! 4 something in morning , I Called reception. The didn’t do any thing

Fantastic hotel! It is just in front of the pyramids so you can go there by a walk. You can see perfectly the ”sound and lights” show there, it has the most beautiful views from its rooftop and you can have dinner in its restaurant (sandwiches, pizza, pasta, egyptian food and so on). This is the perfect choice.

Staff Amazingly friendly and helpful, The views are incredible from room to resturant to roof top, where i got to watch and hear the evening light show in fully glory. Booked for my 1st 2nights in Egypt, perfect location in front of the sphinx side entrance to the plateau, literally a 2 min walk.. This side of Giza is rough and ready though.. with animals being housed on the ally leading to the entrance so expect the smell of horse and camel poo (which wasn’t a problem once in the hotel) also expect to be bothered a lot by the local hustlers and kids begging for something/anything.. The streets are noisy and hectic this side but you also get a more authentic Giza experience, The Hotels staff were super accommodating and welcoming, they were willing to help organise trips and guides but I wasn’t in need as i already had stuff arranged.. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day of adventure started with plenty of option around for off site dinning. The best thing apart from the staff was the view tho.. with all 3 great pyramids and sphinx in view and close enough to get the full effect inc the sounds of the light show. Would recommend for a cheap budget stay close to the entrance of the plateau with the best views

在金字塔旁，可以清楚地看到金字塔，晚上還有金字塔燈光秀。酒店需要自備拖鞋，牙刷牙膏。 設施：比較老舊了。 衞生：酒店衞生還過得去，出了酒店大門就呵呵了。 環境：主要給金字塔的，因為在景區旁，有點嘈雜。 服務：我也沒要求什麼額外的服務，一般要求都會滿足，酒店的早餐種類不多，吃飽就行，推薦煎雞蛋，要和服務員説。

Its a new hotel and the room is very comfortable and spacious. Modern design and the air conditioning is great. The staff are fantastic and friendly. Breakfast buffet is average spread. The rooftop view is just breathtaking and you can just enjoy the looking at all the 3 Pyramids all day. Location is a bit difficult to find but definitely be staying here again if I come back to Giza.

Местоположение ШИКАРНОЕ! 50м от входа на Плато Гиза. Завтрак с невероятным видом на все Пирамиды! Номера современные, все работает, все что нужно есть. Завтрак вполне достойный. Внизу магазины, кафе. Можно даже оказаться в номере с балконом и с видом на Пирамиды. МИНУСЫ. Именно оказаться...потому что ваша бронь НИЧЕГО НЕ ГАРАНТИРУЕТ и в этом теле тоже( наш самолёт задержали. Мы приехали после полуночи. Был забронирован Делюкс. Сначала нам сказали, что нашей брони вовсе нет. Потом как бы ее нашли и ввиду этой проблемы (как бы по нашей вине!??) нас переселили в отель-парнер в ”аналогичный номер”. Ночью сил разбираться не было. Реально номер-замена ужасный старый грязный эконом в хотела. Было страшно там до чего то дотронуться (( утром мы сразу написали в службу поддержки trip и менеджер забронированного нами изначально отеля изменился- вежлив, услужлив, сразу нашёл номер нам и с видом. То есть наш оплаченный дорогой номер продали 2 раза. Обидно (

Ubicación perfecta, desayunar frente a las pirámides y terminar el día en la noche viendo las pirámides es algo que no tiene precio! El desayuno muy delicioso, comida típica de Egipto! Las habitaciones limpias, pero no hacen day cleaning! Todo el personal muy muy amable!
