Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

The place is a little farther from town but still have some cafes/restaurant options in the surrounding area. The room is made up everyday and you’re given fresh towels daily. Breakfast is okay during weekend (booked) because they served it buffet style while on weekdays you’ll be asked to choose between pho and omelet, whichever you choose it’ll be served with fresh fruit slices, dessert (flan) and beverage (coffee or watermelon juice). The room is huge but it could be better with a little renovation or redesigning. Everything in the room looks and feels old. The TV as well was in a weird spot (atop the closet) . Anyway, it’s a decent place to stay in Mui Ne without breaking the bank. PS: the beach has rough waves so you cant really swim on it but you can use their pool if you want to dip.

In fact , we had a good rest stayed in here during our weekend, my room 310. according to my point of view are, the resort facilities itself are still good in condition after almost 2 decades, particularly fabulous breakfast, yet i like the swimming pool here much ever, has warm crystal water sparkly keep you swimming, soak in water hours wiithout getting cold and twinkly plus pool bar are superb. Unfortunately, i observed the soft part here means human who are service staff across departments does not meet 5* standards such as : 1/ at reception their welcome guest procedures was not satisfied, the receptionist lady spoke speedy caused i could not catch her message at all, spa staff said to me there is not spa menu in the room i think that is poor equiped for 5*. 2/ at evening time, i had some beer at te restaurant located underneath the reception area, the lady service staff told me that my bill at 77,000vnd was unable to close because i did not depsosit 6,600,000vnd at check-in time. I got so mad with this kind of manner and treated their guest in house. cause then i insisted to meet Victor and Ms. Bích for my complaint. Victor seem very hospitable and sincere in apologies and listening to my complaint. 3/ the service staff at the pool bar need to be trained more and more in service attention, i wanna to have some drinks but nobody saw my hands and handphone flashlight have being waved continuously. 4/ i love most resort saturday buffet by the pool and beach area, all food are so delicious and thanks Victor for 1 round of drinks on you and courteous welcome by a lady who i guessed she is an outlet head, i missed asking her name, pity for that. 5/ I see the resort merely lack of man-power in front of the house, cause poor service attention, example my table was not clear-out in time, left used tableware for long until i must waved hands even in breakfast time happend the same. 6/ Majority service satff here are not hospitable and really lack of smiles on their face, they just do their jobs hardly like a robot without feeling of their guest around. Anyway, overall i had good stay here beyond above dislike points ruined and destroyed all my mood and your guys effort. I grateful for your team efforts during my stay. Hopefully next trip could be better service provided namely HUMAN AND HUMAN. Thanh The, Nguyen

집은 매우 예쁘고, 호스트는 열정적이며, 이곳에서 요리에 대해 많은 것을 배웠습니다. 이곳의 바다는 매우 푸르고 아름답습니다. 집이 해변 바로 앞에 있어서 우리는 매일 수영하러 갑니다. 그리고 방 내부는 정말 깔끔하고 깨끗해요. 여기 사람들도 친절해요. 환영받는 느낌. 사랑해요 친구들한테 소개할게요

Прекрасные комфортные современные апартаменты. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Парковка внизу. Добираешься либо на эскалаторе, либо на электрокаре. Шикарный бассейн.Завтраки дороговато. Но это по желанию. 300 тыс с человека. В номере есть мини кухня, но нет ничего для приготовления, только кружки и чайник. Это пожелание к отелю. На территории нет интернациональный ресторанов, только несколько кафе с фо бо. И очень дорогие магазины с продуктами, которые еще и не приготовить в номере.Можно было бы остаться дольше, но вопрос с питанием был острым. Кататься в город несколько раз в день по 40 минут нам надоело. Поэтому за удобства 3. А в остальном нам все понравилось! Пляж замечательный, чистый.Душевые, всё есть.

At first, i get a room with street/ city view, it s quite noisy and there are mosquitos. After getting the support from trip.com and staff An from the resort I got a really great room. It was a clean and nice room with garden view and great balcony, we enjoyed the great sound of waves at night time, it was so nice and peaceful. The balcony is big enough for 3-4 people do yoga hahaha but Im not a big fan. After getting upgrade for the garden view, i highly recommend this resort! Breakfast was free flow ala cart menu with so nice yogurt and beef stew etc typical Vietnamese breakfast. Staffs are friendly n well prepared to serve us. I really love it. Finally, it was good experience though a bit trouble from the first room they gave me. I do appreciate when staffs are keen to change to a better room and willing to offer us better service when I have inform them the issue regarding to room’s quality . The beach is so nice, they have a swing, we sat there and enjoy the sea … so peaceful, there are totally no big ships at the sea, we could see local people doing their fishing job while swimming in the sea water, really nice experiences. The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

I went with 2 couples to Swiss Village resort and stayed at the buglaow with everything needed for our stay. The staff and servce was very helpful the and service was amicable! We loved the morning buffet and once I returned to HCM realized I left few things such as my charger and jewellery piece! I believed the staff named THUY and her team assisted and offered to send the delivery on the way to HCMC in one good form. I was very impressed and could not express any better other than to say many thanks to the wonderful team at Swiss Village resort and I highly recommend this resort 110 percent!! Thanks again !!

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

Nice place at the beach, friendly staff and clean rooms! Breakfast was good and the restaurant to. The location is perfect if you want to hang on the beach or go for a walk, there are some sightseeing close by to. Overall for me personal it was a great time.
