Хозяин отеля - чудесный человек. Он помогал нам со всем, с чем бы мы к нему ни обратились! Где нам поменять деньги? Он поменял (и по выгодному курсу!). Где нам арендовать мопед? И с этим помог. Организовал трансфер до аэропорта на тук-туке. Очень приятная зеленая территория. Хороший вкусный завтрак (рисовая каша, фрукты, омлет, тосты с маслом и джемом, чай). Современный номер со всем необходимым. Будем еще раз на Шри-Ланке - обязательно вернемся к такому гостеприимному человеку!

I stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s only been open for 5 months and at first appearance it looks good, but taking a closer look it’s still being built and repaired. There are still cables jutting out of the wall and ceiling. Although the kitchen is featured in the photos of the room, it has no tap, the cupboards are sealed. I raised some of my concerns when I arrived with the general manager when he asked me questions about my stay and he seemed blasé about addressing it. Based on what was paid, this hotel is overpriced. There are still cement stairways and drilling taking place during the day. The WiFi is awful, they finally installed a router in my room which took the week to do and it only worked on the day of my departure. The best part of the hotel is some staff members who will go out of their way to help, special mention to Jazz. They have a great pool on the roof. Until it’s fully built I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

The diver was very patient as we were delayed. Te front desk manager Anthony was extremely friendly and helpful!

Exceptional service & the warm welcome make your stay extra special 😀 Great staff that always serve with a lovely smile & very caring & attentive. The lovely young lady who checked us in was Professional, friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. Great location and great views. Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. Rooms need a bit of an update but very spacious & comfortable. I must say the shower room is a bit too dark with the dark paint. A big thank you goes to Kamal for looking after us during our stay. He was very attentive, kind, caring, helpful & Professional. He made sure that there's enough water for us everyday as that's what we requested on a daily basis. He always made sure that we have what we need daily. Keep it up Kamal. All staff are great, very hospitable, helpful, caring & kind. This wonderful & efficient team is managed & led by an outstanding general manager, Mr. Ravindra De Silva. Thank you Mr. De Silva. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

晚上到，早上離開的，就吃了早飯，沙灘上轉了一圈，沒去泳池。 房間： 很大，床有兩米寬（後來發現所有jetwing的酒店大床，都是2米大床）、 我們原本要加一張床的，前台小哥建議我們先check房間，再看要不要加床……… 他可以多給一床床單in case三個人一張被不舒服——— 大大的好評。 推開陽台門直麪沙灘大海，幾棵椰樹點綴，濤聲隆隆，心情大好。 房間設施有年頭了，但衞生程度不錯，沒有牙刷提供，因為一樓且靠海，蚊子非常非常非常多，請務必帶蚊子水 早餐不錯，斯里蘭卡餐飲水平很低，一開始覺得一般般，後來走完全程，住了更多更好的酒店之後發現，這裏還不錯———— 重點是這一家非常非常便宜啊！相比起其他動輒1800+ 的jetwing，性價比爆棚了。（當然整體水平肯定是低於jetwing yala 以及lighthouse的）

在這裏住了一週，我想我真的很喜歡這個酒店。因為是對比了攜程和booking後下的決定。管家Saman人很好，我第一晚到的時候是深夜，衹需要聯繫他，他會開Tuktuk車來大門口幫我拿行李。他們也會在乎住客的動向，深夜會提醒我注意安全。房間非常乾淨，提供開水壺和礦泉水，空調製冷也很好。房間沒有提到有熱水，實際上熱水也有提供，但是可能需要自帶拖鞋和牙膏牙刷。再有就是這更像一個私人花園，雖然偶爾有飛機飛過的聲音，但是大部分時候都非常安靜。尤其是他們已經嘗試在裝載wifi了。而且酒店自備廚房，如果要使用也可以諮詢管家。英語溝通比較重要，但是有翻譯器估計問題不大。向大家推薦這家酒店。

This place is excellent for a stay. Especially if coming to or from the international airport. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room is excellent, pristine and equipped for all that is needed for our overnight stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room however I chose to have this at the small table and chairs outside of the room on a small terrace. A perfect place for this. The breakfast is more than adequate, also caters for me as a vegetarian. I asked for a knock at my door to be woken up in case I had slept thrmy alarm and this was given. Such a delightful place to stay. A small courtyard garden with a static table and seats if wanted. Garden lights during the evening make this a pretty area to relax. Tea, coffee and water are available in the room. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is located down a side road from the main road. This means it’s nice and quiet. For dinner we decided to walk jumping a few metres to another hotel which served food. However, Faith Hotel do have menus for which to order food which would be delivered if required. Alternatively, we were offered an option of being taken to another place if we wished. We had booked for 2 separate airport transfers as we were travelling on separately to different places. This was organised by and with the owner dropping us all in good time. I noted while at the stay, information regarding trips to places and even tours can be organised. Additionally there is information on an Ayurveda treatments option at a place called Ayurveda Villa which really looked good. This had different packages with a stay including food consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to decide on the relevant treatments for your package. To use up our rupees we were able to pay part cash, part card which was so convenient. This couple really do offer everything in a stay at Airport Faith Hotel. They are passionate about what they do, are committed to making your stay the best. They have everything available or on hand and can’t do enough to make your stay a happy and good one. I highly recommend a stay here.
