Excellent stay with top notch service everywhere (esp Ibrahim)! Best crowne plaza for me thus far Rooms were spacious and their service staff were super attentive. We were raving about this hotel even when we reached Istanbul. Will choose this again the next time i’m there.

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!

The best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

We stayed for 6 nights as part of a 16 day visit to Turkey, 4 nights in a premium room and 2 in a cave suite. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable even if the pillows were not. . The room was initially cold but warmed up with the addition of a blanket and an electric fire. The cave suite was a wonderful experience and we were glad we changed. Much more atmosphere even if the plumbing is a little tired. The breakfast buffet was excellent even for vegetarians and vegans, all of the waiters were friendly and gave excellent service. The anatolia restaurant had a very wide choice of dishes even if some dishes were not actually available every day. It was quite expensive if you chose to eat animal protein, Bilal the chef always did his best to ensure that you ate a hearty meal. Again all of the waiters were friendly and did their best to understand our strange foreign requests. A lovely, friendly place.

Zelve Açık Hava Müzesi 20 km, Nikolos Manastırı ve Ürgüp Müzesi 22 km uzaklıktadır. Otel müdürü Ersan bey size bölgede gidebileceğiniz restoran ve tarihi yerler için bir rota haritası sunacaktır ve kendisi tam bir restorant uzmanı diye bilirim. Tavsiye ettiği restorantlar çok nezih ve güzeldi. Emirhan ve Mehmet bey çok nazik iki resepsiyonist. Sizleri her zaman Güler yüzlü karşılar ve yardımcı olmak adına çok içten yaklaşırlar. Rabia ve Gülten hanım kahvaltısı ayrıca çok güzeldir. Sabahları ayrı bir keyif alacağınıza emin olabilirsiniz. Eşim ve ben penceresiz odada konakladık. Çok keyif aldık. Bir mağara da yaşamak , penceresiz bir odada konaklamak çok güzel bir öğreti oldu. Sizler içinde umarım olur. İlk başta ben nereye geldim dediğim bir durumdan çok keyif aldığım bir yaşam alanı oldu. Burası bir aile sıcaklığı yaratacağına emin olabilirsiniz. Araba ile gelmenizi tavsiye ederim. Bu bölge her yere yakın, 25 dakika içinde tüm heryere rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz. Son olarak çok keyif aldığım bu güzel ailenin bir ziyaretçisi olarak yeniden görüşüne dek hoşça kalın demek istiyorum.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrid hotel with thieving employees. Several medications were stole when we were on an excursion. The meds could only be accessed by employees who did not return them resulting in a cost of $245 for replacement meds and doctors appoin**ent. When I complained to the manager who repeatedly said “No problem” to which I assured him it was a problem. There was NO SAFE in the room as pictured for meds and passport. The room would be less than a 1 star in the US. Most things in the room were either broken (bath fan, bath shelf, radiator, etc), missing (safe), wrong scale (lighting),etc. The staff would see us waiting in the lobby for assistance and ignore us standing out front the door smoking. Their English suddenly became almost zero when a problem occurred. RUN, DON’T STAY HERE.

Seki Cave Cavusin was amazing hotel. Their room so clean, comfortable, and cozy. We feels sleep in cave but in modern way. They have very nice, complete, and delicious breakfast. Their staf very helpfull and friendly. You can ask everythings about cappadocia with them. Their have best view to look hot air balloon in the morning (it so beautiful) and in their back view they have cave stone home. You can grt two view in one hotel. We are very statisfied can stay at Seki Cave Cavusin and very recomen this hotel. Thank you Seki Cave Cauvusin for your best service.

The common rooms and services of the hotel are great. The staff if helpful and nice, the food is good. But the rooms need a refreshment. Bed wasn't comfortable, I could hear all the coversations around the pool at night, so I didn't sleep well...

Olenda cappadocia hotel 對於第一次來土耳其的朋友，這間酒店真的非常好，酒店每一個職員服務態度好親切。房間很有特色很舒服，床褥好軟😊房間每個角落都不難發現滿滿洞穴酒店的特色，洗手間除了有淋浴，更有能容納一整個人的大浴缸，建議各位可以提前預備Bath Fizzer。雖然土耳其真正的洞穴酒店大部份都沒配備冷氣，這間酒店亦是，不過當入住後，晚上打閙窗戶，配上晚風，反倒是有種天然感。一入房會有涼涼的感覺😊。 如果你想影天台地氈照，Olenda的天台戶外景色，亦是強推原因之一。因為天台空間感十足。加上舖在天台角落的地氈，絕對是網紅打咭點。氣氛加上配置一流。你絕對能夠趁著日出時間，在Olenda的酒店天台拍一輯美美的熱氣球照片。無論睇夜景定睇日出熱氣球，Olenda給了我體驗到土耳其當地人的熱情😊
