The room had a leak from rain. My personal belongings got wet. They barely apologized. They didn’t even ask if my things were ok. The hotel is old and dirty. Hair from previous guests still in the room. Do not stay here.

The room was compact but functional, clean enough for a short stay, though the space (especially the bathroom) felt quite small compared to other business hotels. Wi-Fi was stable, and the bed was comfortable, which made it fine for one or two nights.

It's a recommended hotel to stay if you are travelling to Delhi for 1 to 2 nights. It's the cheapest we got near the airport. Though the rooms are quite small for 2 pax, still cozy enough to rest. It's also near the heart of aerocity where you can easily access food ang shopping area.

Easily accessible by train! The room was clean and staff members are pretty kind.

Smell smoke in the non smoking room and staff was reluctant to give me a new room.

We had an early morning checkout before the breakfast time but the lady at the reception was kind enough to guide us to the restaurant for cold breakfast. I don't remember her name, but it was the morning of 28th October, and this is a shout out to her thoughtfulness. She was doing her job without any expectations; she didn't even ask us to write a review which was heartwarming.

Very satisfying experience in the hotel, the service was damn good but the reception was little slow to handle the customers. It was clean overall, but bathroom can be cleaned more. Overall it was good staying with them. The security guy was very sweet.

Not so good regarding the price for night. Tired room, grumpy personal, food nog so good

We really liked this hotel. The manager's name is Arun. He is very nice, provides good service and is very kind.

Overall, the stay here was excellent due to the location. Non availability of sauna and steam bath is a setback. The staff manning the reception could have been more welcoming. On and off, no one at the bar, we.have to wait or call someone foe assistance.

No toiletries , Good location , clean room , lobby was dirty seems some constrution was going on , reception area was like kind a fish market , All in all average experience given the brand name

This property should be avoided. Total waste of money. Reasons: 1. Rooms are ultra small , difficult to move around 2. Bed is like bunch of springs under white cover 3. Food is atrociously priced . 1 cup of masala tea , 1 cup filter coffee and 1 potato wedges = INR 1200 4. Quality of food is so bad we could not finish the tea or coffee beyond one or two sip 5. Airport drop they were asking for INR 900 , but I booked from UBER for Rs 250 This is stay at IBIS is total let down .

A great value for money. The place is close to IGI Airport. I booked a room with a Queen Bed, as it was the only one available at the time of my booking, which was a day before my travel. Given that I was traveling with my wife, the bed felt too small for us. The room and the washroom were clean and well provided for in terms of shampoo and body lotions. The room and washroom sizes are somewhat tight, but for a night or two, not bad. The breakfast buffet spread was both generous and varied - from continental to North India (parathas, poori-bhaji), South India (dosas, chutney, sambhar) and West India (pav-bhaji), the dishes were deliciously cooked. Areas of improvement: 1. Please provide for chappals in the room; and 2. Please have your housekeeping guys keep the passages clear of used cutlery from food served in the rooms; 3. Please make use of better air-freshener in the passages - we stayed on the 3rd floor (#304) and felt that the walk from the elevator to the room could have felt better with the use of a good air freshener.

I was in transit .it is a good ibis .room are kept well the usual design .location is a plus .staff was showing courtesy . by taxi über was quick to reach the Terminal
