Ulasan Ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brand

I approached the front desk for assistance getting a cab and they say they don’t do it! They only do cabs from hotel to airport, without even trying to solve it and just stare coldly to me! This short fair lady and a Singh was so unfriendly and should go back to hospitality school which will wipe their mouth and dinosaur mindset of the word “no”. Totally a disservice to customers who wants solutions not just a word!

The hotel is the closest to the airport only 10 mn drive so it s very convenient for long layovers. The staff is friendly and efficient. The swimming pool is clean nice and lovely the room is bright quiet and clean This hotel is used also by the air hostess and staff of airlines like indigo

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

Location and hotel was beautiful

It's close to the airport which is the reason I booked it- however its considerably outdated feeling and expensive for what you get.

For a stopover in New Delhi, this hotel is the best choice. Comfortable yet value-for-money. Good bed, good rest, good breakfast and a good mood for continuing our travel.

Everything was good, clean and nice

am hesitating about where to start, : *) checking in slow, outdated reception for an airport hotel *) the first floor was smelly, like associations with a septic tank, the carpet on the floor was years and years old, with waves in the fabric. I had an economy room (compared to the other rooms but that was my choice, This needs a renovation big time! A 2 star impression. *) room, small but acceptable with a kind of bathroom cabin, do not have your expectations high, then you will not be disappointed about the room, functional. *) the breakfast made (for a bit) up for the so-so experience. We enjoyed that, including the staff employed with a 100% hearing problem, all-inclusive HR, that was great! I am tempted to search elsewhere next time,... I hope they improve the aisle and the poor smell on floor number 1.

All went well from the registration at the front desk to the room. The bed quality is very good. The amenities are limited but sufficient. The breakfast buffet is OK for that kind of hotel level.

It's a perfect stay near the airport at reasonable price. The location is very good, room is not big but okay for a single or couple. When requested for a air-conditioning related query, I received a quick response from the service team which was great. Morning breakfast was the best part of the stay, food is really good! Overall good stay
