I booked a double room with balcony , they dont have a balcony at all in the whole hotel, so i dont know why it was literally double room with balcony on the site .

The Suites was not organized. He gave the room dirty and for another room, not changed the comforter, damaged door locked, no wifi connection. Totally not good stay for 2nights. Im sorry to say these, but you need to have good hygiene and improvement. Thank you Room - 1827 (not cleaned when we checked in Room - 123 (bad smell, no wifi, damaged door locked, not changed comforter. Sorry, no photo provided, didn’t get chance to take photos on it. Thank you.

It’s good for the price but don’t expect any service.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre, celle ci n’était pas faite, un homme de ménage a frappé à la Porte après 5 min pour la faire. Nous avons patienté une dizaine de minutes pour finalement constater que les draps n’avaient pas étés changés, il manquait un oreiller et les serviettes. Le matelas était très sale, et tout l’équipement de la chambre très abimé. Le sol, fauteuil, table était également sales. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre ce qui nous a été accordé, cette dernière semblait plus propre mais avec également un état général déplorable (conduite d’aération à nu, table de nuit manquante, prise qui ne fonctionne pas etc..) nous avions qu’une serviette pour 2 et pas de tapis de bain. Et impossible de faire fonctionner le wifi A fuir !

This is not a hotell, more like hostel. The picture shows nice but it is 7 hotell in 1 and the rums are horrible. Se picture and the breakfast not god. The personal are nice, but the manager don't care of its visitors. I will not even recommend this to me enemy. The bed for 2 was broken, the bed for 1 was attached broken before. We booked 1 day before we arrived but the rooms weren't ready when we arrived next day and no breakfast . In the facility they right alots of thing included byt we didn't had noting included specialy the pool. All this things were in *********** Hope no body books this hotell.

There was NO A.C. in my room for 2 nights and it was SO HOT, just UNBEARABLE. I asked for a small fan/ventilator but they did not give me one. They offered me another room but in that room there was a terrible sewer leakage, so I declined that room without hesitating. There was no room service and no room cleaning for the 3 nights. Shower had ONLY a half door, all water going out...next to the toilet...see pic. Electric kettle had rust in it...see pic. TV (not a HDTV BUT VERY OLD) was connected with many old cables (like 15 years ago) with 2 remotes.....see pic. It is a BIG BUILDING that hosts 7 hotels. It is like few hostels, will never ever go there.

We couldn't get our room before 17H40. Have been waiting for about 45 mn. Then we got the room but with a very dirty bathroom a very very dirty WC you understand me. On top of that all the furnitures are very old and broken. And no way to get WIFI. Really a big disappointment.

Very dirty room, i even found last guess panty in the bedroom, bathroom was awful, i ask several times from reception to clean the room but nothing happen, sofa was dirty, germs everywhere, not worth a penny

very dirty room, noisy. there was no blanket. there were no normal mugs. no pharmacy in the hotel. no normal food. toilet paper lay used in the toilet. There was no shampoo, gel or soap. other people's things in the hotel room. very uncomfortable pillows. raw bed linen.
