Worst experience The property requires renovation. Walls are having pair chipping, locks broken, very bad smell all over, chairs are so dirty that you can’t imagine to sit on them and have your food. It is the worst property I have ever visited in my life. The staff is not at all tourist friendly or accommodating. The stay with stress is not what you expect after paying so much money 5.5k per night. 🥲 Will never stay in such hotel again. The food was so delicious. they have chinese dish as well. Hotel staff help us to land phone charger. Really helpful. Thanks. Overall i would says, this is best hotel to stay in delhi.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

絕對沒有四星，也就是三星標準。最關鍵地點非常偏僻，在德里郊區，交通很不方便，周邊衞生也差，也很難找到賣吃的地方

Вторая часть к одному и тому же отелю. Если проблему с заселением удалось решить, хоть и потратить время, то справится с шумом и невозможностью нормально выспаться так и не удалось. В отеле все несколько дней праздновали свадьбу, и на открытой террасе, как раз под нашими окнами постоянно играла громкая музыка (заселили нас на 4й этаж). Из достоинств, можно указать, что в номере был утюг и доска. На этом всё😄

The Ramada name doesn’t mean much. Rooms are dirty with urine smell and moldy bathrooms. Pool is closed indefinitely. Location is terrible with nowhere safe to walk. Only plusses are the bottled water and decent on site restaurant, which is necessary because there is nowhere else to go without a half hour Uber, which you have to wait half an hour for because the hotel is in an Uber dead zone. Do not recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed each and every moment of my function because Yash Gandhi made each function to go through very smoothly. Our request were fulfilled on time and he take care of each minute things by himself. Some of our function ended late night he was there to make sure everything went smooth. Our whole family was very happy with the staff and personally with Yash the way he was handling the things. I personally recommend if you are planning destination or residence wedding you should give it a shot.

Had an amazing experience, Quick Check in, Rooms were Amazing !!! The staff were professional and friendly, everything was clean and just perfect providing a warm and welcoming environment. The diverse menu showcased a blend of flavors, catering to various preferences. Hence, I highly recommend this place for any event. Probably the best stay I’ve ever had. The rooms were too clean and spacious. Totally a luxurious and aesthetic vibe with reasonable price. The bed was too comfortable and washrooms were very hygienic. The staff was very polite and cooperative too.

We hosted a party for extended family in Dec 2024. We experienced wonderful hospitality by the hotel staff, the arrangements were as promised, the food was liked by all - less spicy and nice preparation. The hotel offers a nice ambience, hygienic washrooms.

Best place to stay and best is the professional staff like cherry on the cake. Food and services are best part. Must thanks to Mr.Yash who is most professional person to resolve any situation at any moment. Kudos to other staff member as well like Atish,vikas and chef Digambar.
