Had pleasant stay and cleaning was good near by area but breakfast was not that great

Not a great experience. Sad & tired hotel. Room was not great - no window & cockroaches. Shower barely hot. Staff were forgetful & unhelpful. Breakfast was just ok. I do not recommend this hotel

This hotel is located in a busy area of Delhi and not frequented by international visitors. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, spoke English well, and responded to requests very quickly. The beds were comfortable, though rooms on the front were a bit noisy from the street below. The location is convenient for ***y things, including access to the Metro system and lots of local shopping.

We visited twice, in October and November, for a total of 7 nights. The first room had numerous problems but the staff was responsive and quick to fix most issues. The rooms are a little seedy but fine. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent and bottled water plentiful.

If you want a truly local experience of India, stay here! The SunStar Grand hotel is located in an authentic Indian neighborhood with all of the sounds, smells, shops, and sites to get a truly local experience. I brought a group of 22 people for 6 days. The staff were extremely helpful. When some things didn't work in a room, they rapidly fixed it or arranged to change rooms. Expectations in India have to be different from our USA and Canada expectations. And yet the service was beyond! I found the staff to be beyond accommodating. There was not one staff member who did not provide exemplary service even for our sometimes strange requests. The Day ***ager was particularly kind, accommodating, helpful and extremely pleasant. We would stay here again and recommend that you do too. We will make it our Delhi home base from now on. I loved the local market right out the door. The Krishna Pharmacy around the corner is wonderful! Misthi Doi from the Mother Dairy is beyond delicious. I bought fruit and sudries for the group a few steps away in the neighborhood. The rooms are clean and neat. My only request would be that we Americans like top sheets to sleep under. Once we asked for it, it was provided.

My stay at Hotel Sunstar Grand was very comfortable. Room was spacious and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Service staff was very courteous and helpful , Wi-Fi was complimentary. Location was near the market and metro station. Buffet breakfast was filling.

I was looking for a good hotel for stay of my family in Delhi. One of my friend who had stayed here before recommend this hotel. I was fully satisfied with the service of staff and facilities provided in the hotel. House keeping staff changed the sheets daily. Breakfast was good. Wi fi was free. Service staff also took good care of us. My stay here was a good one

the stay was more than bad. the staff was unresponsive. the breakfast was not served 40 minutes after ordering (8.30 pm) the rooms were only cleaned after a reminder (5 pm). The doormen tried to cheat us with overpriced taxi rates. Finally, we should pay extra for the Rühdtück, although it includes the rate. Unfriendly and cheating ang lasy. I will never come again. And last i have to pay 2250 extra, for Nottingham.
