Great place. The staff is friendly and trustworthy. They met every need they had and would quickly jump on any last minute request I had. Breakfast food was great every morning. They even packed us breakfast to go one day when we had an Agra trip planned. I place a lot of value on safety and security, and I feel safe leaving my stuff there while I travel and enjoy the country.

The staff of the hotel were very nice and accomodating throughout my 3 week stay, they were also helpful in finding my way around the city, just a few suggestions, please provide individual rooms with floor brush. I will surely visit again. Thank you.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Staffs are very cooperative qnd very very helpful. Recommended to family friends or couples traveling. They even offer vehicle at reasonable rates. They serve delicious food.

Very delicious Indian curry and varieties of breakfast. Hotel staffs were very kind and helpful. Surprisingly a *** was able to speak Japanese very fluently, so we felt absolutely safe while we were staying at this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and personal. Meals exceeded our expectations. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend for individuals or families traveling in Dehli. Provided everything we asked for and hospitality was excellent. We would definitely use on any future visits.

I stayed at this hotel for 22 days. It's was a really great experience. The staff is very helpful and receptive. The breakfast service is great. Location is good and you can get the convenience very easily. The housekeeping service is excellent. I highly recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay .

I have nothing but an honest - Thank you. Because of this hotel stuff, ***ager and all, I felt secured, safe, cozy. Clean room, hot water, good internet, great location. ***ager Mr. Singh, receptionist Rahul and others, thank you. They changed money for me, called me taxi, room service at 2 am , bring me charger for phone, treating me like i am their true friend. So kind so warm so honest. Even when i needed Atm cash to withdraw, they sent a boy to show me location and to accompany me. Nothing but a 1000 star positive - Value for money - more than . See you again when I come back to Delhi!!! You know, coming from Europe never easy but this hotel made it worth.

We were super pleased with the service at Pals Inn. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room accommodations met all of our needs. I would recommend Pals Inn for your travel needs while visiting Delhi.

The hotel staff is always wonderful and helpful. They treat us like family and strive to make sure we are comfortable! The ***ager is gracious and kind towards us and the breakfast was tasty and in time every morning. I feel Iike we are safe and our stuff is secure when we are there.
