This is the second time we stayed here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and all have air-conditioning. This Hotel is famous for their beef noddle's. We stayed here for 14 nights. The location is OK too, a 5 minute cab ride to the tube station, the cabs are pretty cheap so not a problem. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

一、很適合短期商旅、探親訪友住宿，附近各項交通工具都很方便；二、特別感謝前台人員（晚十一時許當值小伙子）幫助我這老人家用手機聯絡改退機票事宜；三、鄰近地方有一些歷史文化建築，比如林家花園、慈惠宮，如能在酒店顕眼地方展示圖片、標識、資料，讓住客抽空去走走看看，也能增添行旅情趣。

This is our second time visiting this hotel. The room was aged, with poor sound insulation. Sound from drainage pipe was frequently heard. Hot spring was good but crowded due to the coldest weather.
It is good to come in Spring / autumn. But differently not in Winter.

Kali ini kerana keluarga saya akan menyapu kubur selama 2 hari 1 malam. Saya tidak sangka akan melewati Jin Yongquan setiap kali. Kali ini, saya akhirnya mendapat peluang untuk tinggal. Walaupun bukan hotel bertaraf lima bintang, tapi 👍🏻 (Yang penting sebut 3 kali) Nilai CP sangat tinggi. Terdapat kolam air panas luaran untuk lelaki dan wanita, mata air panas telanjang, dan banyak kolam kecantikan berubat. Sekiranya anda membawa anak-anak, ada slaid untuk bermain. Ini cukup bermanfaat. Sarapan pagi adalah makanan kegemaran para penatua bubur dan hidangan. Bapa mertua saya selalu mengatakan bahawa saya akan datang lagi pada masa akan datang kerana sarapan adalah cintanya. Terdapat juga gaya Barat yang agak ringkas. Pendek kata, saya akan mengesyorkannya.

Nice hotel, great location, plenty of food choices nearby and close to the MRT/train/High speed rail station. The room is clean, might not be very spacious for 2 persons but more than enough for a solo traveller. I love some design details such as mirrors are perpendicular to the bed and bathtub, smart toilet and how they put the amenities. Overall a great stay for short periods.

The bedroom I stayed in is described as mountain view but not too much of a view - is smallish in size but done up in a modern comfortable style. Very friendly and helpful service staff. Location maybe a challenge for some as it is a bit of a hike up to the top of the Jiufen village - I didn’t find it strenuous but I packed light. Google map works well to direct you through the warrens of shops to get there. Breakfast was so so but good enough for me

PPengguna TetamuJ'ai passé un formidable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre d'inspiration japonaise traditionnelle avec son petit salon sur tatami contient tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel japonais était absolument délicieux ! L'onsen privé de l'hôtel avec vue sur les montagne, magique. La proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour aller visiter Juifen ou Ruifang pour la Pingxie line, idéal. Un accueil très chaleureux et un service sans faute malgré la barrière de la langue.

PPengguna TetamuI traveled to Taipei during a 7-day self-quarantine was in effect. The hotel staff demonstrated their commitment to providing their guests and staff a safe place to stay/work. Due to the 7-day quarantine mandatory, I was advised to contact the hotel through phone or txt. There was always a real person to greet me on the phone and my requests through txt were always replied to in a timely fashion. Their prompt responses to my requests minimized my discomfort and any inconveniences as a result of mandatory quarantine. The hotel provided three meals a day, and meals can be arranged upon request so to meet personal diet preferences, and it's very important given the situation I had during my stay there.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

객실은 비교적 깨끗했고 우리는 6명이 3개의 방을 예약했기 때문에 집 전체를 우리가
독점적으로 사용할 수 있었어요.
지우펀 거리도 그리 멀지 않아 편리했어요.
다만, 예약할 때에는 유료로 아침식사를 제공한다고 되어 있었으나
사실은 코로나19로 제공되지 않는다는 답변을 받았어요.
9일간의 여행을 하면서 코로나19로 조식에 제공되지 않는 유일한 호텔이었어요.
덕분에 지우펀 상가 맨 끝에 있는 편의점까지 가서 아침에 먹을 컵라면을 사왔답니다.
아무튼 지우펀 거리와 아주 가까운 곳에서 즐거운 여행을 했습니다.

Size is big enough for one person. Wifi is good and the option to wash and dry your clothes for NT100 is worth it.

PPengguna TetamuHard to find : we found the hotel after a few time. The location on Google Maps and Apple Plan were not exactly the same + the place don’t look exactly the same as on internet.
Service : we received a call bc the householder was having some personal issues (alright, that’s life). But we called the number, and it was difficult to reach someone + someone were in the hostel but no answer until the same person decided to scream something we didn’t understood.
Cleaning : it was clean ! But a smell of humidity.
Amenities : we were very happy, necessary things were available. BUT sleepers are not personal (maybe used by all the customers even if maybe cleaned), the breakfast is not homemade, it’s delivered (and it’s actually good !).
We enjoyed the place, even if it’s pretty far by foot, and difficult because of the several stairs. Jiufen is actually on a mountain, but it can be difficult for people with disabilities.
We were very happy, even we arrived pretty late, and the famous Old Street was closed when we finished to settle.

AAndreasMWe spent two nights in this accomodation. The check-in was easy and the owner speaks basic English. It is very close to the famous old street but you have to climb up many stairs.
The humidity in this room was very high and you could see it on the walls and feel it when touching the bed and the linen. The room is equipped with basic and rather old furniture and an old AC.
We do not recommend to stay here for more than two days.
