we booked a hotel on trip. com because we were going to visit Yehliu and the hotel we chose was white house resort mountain view because it was their cheapest room but that room was worth it because it was close to the pool, spa and dinning area... the white house resort is highly recommended for those who want to unwind because it's close to the sea and the ambiance is very relaxing. And also if you stayed overnight they have free Buffet Breakfast for you. Overall the experience we have is awesome and will be back next summer.

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

4.各樓層以淡水開港~馬偕日記的淡水歷史為裝置設計主題，很有設計感。飯店會提供”夢獸明信片”，寫完投入門口的夢獸公仔，一年後的今天，會讓旅人收到，看看一年前的自己，超級棒。一貫的承億文旅設計風格。

Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。
（自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

객실은 비교적 깨끗했고 우리는 6명이 3개의 방을 예약했기 때문에 집 전체를 우리가
독점적으로 사용할 수 있었어요.
지우펀 거리도 그리 멀지 않아 편리했어요.
다만, 예약할 때에는 유료로 아침식사를 제공한다고 되어 있었으나
사실은 코로나19로 제공되지 않는다는 답변을 받았어요.
9일간의 여행을 하면서 코로나19로 조식에 제공되지 않는 유일한 호텔이었어요.
덕분에 지우펀 상가 맨 끝에 있는 편의점까지 가서 아침에 먹을 컵라면을 사왔답니다.
아무튼 지우펀 거리와 아주 가까운 곳에서 즐거운 여행을 했습니다.

Beautiful modern hot springs resort! The rooms are extremely large, and the in-room tub is especially lovely to have given that the public bath closes a bit early (I believe it was at 20:30). The staff is helpful and speaks English. The public bath is large, clean, well-designed, and has a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was not bad but nothing special. I would definitely recommend Pause Landis for a great stay in Wulai!

RRacy_ChenThe exterior of the building is rather uninspiring but the common rest areas of the interior are lovely and tastefully done up - see pictures. The bedroom I stayed in is described as mountain view but not too much of a view - is smallish in size but done up in a modern comfortable style. Very friendly and helpful service staff. Location maybe a challenge for some as it is a bit of a hike up to the top of the Jiufen village - I didn’t find it strenuous but I packed light. Google map works well to direct you through the warrens of shops to get there. Breakfast was so so but good enough for me

PPengguna TetamuJ'ai passé un formidable séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre d'inspiration japonaise traditionnelle avec son petit salon sur tatami contient tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner traditionnel japonais était absolument délicieux ! L'onsen privé de l'hôtel avec vue sur les montagne, magique. La proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour aller visiter Juifen ou Ruifang pour la Pingxie line, idéal. Un accueil très chaleureux et un service sans faute malgré la barrière de la langue.

PPengguna TetamuI traveled to Taipei during a 7-day self-quarantine was in effect. The hotel staff demonstrated their commitment to providing their guests and staff a safe place to stay/work. Due to the 7-day quarantine mandatory, I was advised to contact the hotel through phone or txt. There was always a real person to greet me on the phone and my requests through txt were always replied to in a timely fashion. Their prompt responses to my requests minimized my discomfort and any inconveniences as a result of mandatory quarantine. The hotel provided three meals a day, and meals can be arranged upon request so to meet personal diet preferences, and it's very important given the situation I had during my stay there.

PPengguna TetamuOutstanding! Seemed to be heavily discounted when I booked, as it was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, but it was fantastic. Practicality first - only a few minutes from an MRT station. The facilities are amazing. I didn't try the actual spa area, but discovered the room had a bath as well as a shower, the shower had multiple shower head options and also doubled as a steam room. Perfect after a long run to have a private steam room, then a hot bath and finally a cool shower. Love it. The bed was massive, there was also a couch and a writing desk. Definitely the best hotel I've found in Taipei, especially at this price! Room was pretty quiet too, although as with many places the fridge was a bit noisy so I unplugged it. Also, there was a 24 hour self-service restaurant area, with cereals, breads and croissants. During the day, the cereals were replaced with crisps and at night (maybe after 10pm) there was a choice of instant noodles and a fancy cooker. Also all day there was free tea/fresh ground coffee/water/hot chocolate and also sodas on tap, along with packaged sweets and nibbles. The area was very nice and I spent a while relaxing here with a hot chocolate on the way back every day. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Harga purata harian: 3,000 yuan
Penarafan: Kawasan kediaman Lohas yang dibina oleh Kumpulan Xinguang berhampiran Banqiao County Min Avenue dan berhampiran Jambatan Huacui. Ia dibahagikan kepada tiga bangunan: A, B dan C. Bangunan A ialah sebuah hotel, dan dua bangunan lain sepatutnya untuk penduduk umum.
Fungsi kehidupan hotel ini sangat maju. Selain Luisa Coffee dan Buna Flying Tavern di tingkat satu, terdapat juga tiga atau tiga pasar raya. Tetapi ia berjalan kaki singkat dari Stesen MRT Xinpu. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kereta bawah tanah yang rata. Sangat sesuai untuk perjalanan memandu sendiri.
Terdapat dua lif di tempat letak kereta, satu hanya pergi ke lobi di tingkat satu, dan satu lagi boleh sampai ke tingkat penginapan. Reka bentuk ini sangat mudah, kerana walaupun terdapat tiga lif di tingkat penginapan, tingkatnya tinggi dan kadar penghunian tinggi, jadi masa menunggu untuk lif akan menjadi lama. Jika anda pergi dari lobi ke tempat letak kereta, anda boleh menaiki lif khusus untuk tempat letak kereta dan bangunan untuk menjimatkan masa.
Terdapat sebuah restoran dan kafe di lobi di tingkat satu, yang sangat mudah untuk penginapan dan makan di Banqiao di mana hujan. Terdapat juga restoran hotpot di tingkat dua. Saya membaca ulasan sebelum mengatakan jarak antara TV dan katil saya tidak tahu sama ada kerana saya tinggal di bilik sisi, tetapi saya fikir ia tidak mengapa. Lantai katil cukup luas untuk orang dewasa duduk. Katil adalah ketegasan sederhana. Bersih dan selesa. TV boleh ditayangkan ke telefon mudah alih YT, yang sangat mudah! Terdapat juga manual arahan unjuran skrin pada desktop. Pencahayaan di kedua-dua belah bilik sebelah sangat terang. Ia adalah nilai yang hebat untuk bilik dalam julat harga ini. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan empat botol air dan cerek. Ikhlas dan bertimbang rasa, nampaknya ramai pengembara akan makan mee segera di dalam bilik. 😂😂! Terdapat banyak soket di dalam bilik dan lubang pengecasan USB disediakan. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah ia terletak di sebelah Xianmin Avenue dan sudah berada di tingkat 11. Terdapat sauna dan SPA berbayar di tingkat atas! Sauna adalah sup telanjang, dan telefon bimbit perlu disimpan di kaunter kerana sekatan masuk. Tidak banyak ruang untuk merasai pengalaman di dalam, dengan pancuran mandian di mana-mana dan rumah mandian yang besar. Tiada ketuhar atau bilik wap. Pihak hotel mengiklankan bahawa air mandian adalah mata air berkarbonat tiruan Di bilik mandi, didapati air panas itu mempunyai warna putih susu. Terdapat juga balkoni kecil di luar. Hotel itu berkata bahawa seorang penumpang telah mengintip di balkoni dan pada masa ini dilarang dibuka.
Secara keseluruhannya, pengalaman menginap di bilik tepi cukup selesa dan harganya sangat berpatutan. Kecuali bunyi bising jalanan, segala-galanya boleh dianggap di atas purata. Lokasinya selesa dan sesuai untuk penumpang memandu sendiri.

PPengguna TetamuHard to find : we found the hotel after a few time. The location on Google Maps and Apple Plan were not exactly the same + the place don’t look exactly the same as on internet.
Service : we received a call bc the householder was having some personal issues (alright, that’s life). But we called the number, and it was difficult to reach someone + someone were in the hostel but no answer until the same person decided to scream something we didn’t understood.
Cleaning : it was clean ! But a smell of humidity.
Amenities : we were very happy, necessary things were available. BUT sleepers are not personal (maybe used by all the customers even if maybe cleaned), the breakfast is not homemade, it’s delivered (and it’s actually good !).
We enjoyed the place, even if it’s pretty far by foot, and difficult because of the several stairs. Jiufen is actually on a mountain, but it can be difficult for people with disabilities.
We were very happy, even we arrived pretty late, and the famous Old Street was closed when we finished to settle.

TTobias TYou won’t have a lot of privacy there. Single rooms have practically zero sound insulation. There are only two toilets and two shower cubicles for the whole floor. Even though I am heavy sleeper I got no more than 6 hours of good sleep everyday. It is very loud in there, especially in the mornings. If you are on a budget it is probably pretty good option for a few nights. I stayed there for 4 nights in a row and it was definitely too much for me. To be fair I need to add that the service was extraordinary. People at the front desk were always very helpful, friendly and professional. However, the sleeping area definitely needs some improvement or they should just change their name from hotel to hostel. You can for sure find yourself something more comfortable in Taipei for the same amount of money. I did not enjoy food, I got the same plain toast with a little bit of cheese and ham everyday. On the upside there is a pretty decent restaurant just next to this place.

MMJ98Cleanliness - 4/5. The room was clean. What I saw from a few other reviews about this hotel that rated it low for cleanliness was in regards to complaints about the maintenance of the room. Yes, there were some areas of the room that required attention, like re-grouting the bathroom or fixing some wall paper and paint on the walls. However, these things do not make the room dirty. There were no dirty marks and there was no dust in the room. The eating could be 5/5 if those aesthetic issues were fixed but I believe the complaints of other guests about the room to be unwarranted.
Location - The location is excellent, only a short walk to the old street and the view from the property speaks for itself.
Service - The owner was very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. He provided us with a tour of the museum and he was very knowledgeable. He helped us with everything we needed, such as providinh us with an additional towel.
Amenities - There is a water fountain for both hot and cold water for use by all guests. In the room there are some tea bags and cups too. The hotel also provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste.
