Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square

Great location, good breakfast spread, even had view to neon lights from Time Square from room. Room is not huge though but that's how Time Sq hotel is.

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

Staff here are wonderful. Comfy beds, in a small room. So close to Times Square. Long waits at elevators.

We booked this hotel since it was close to time square with no resort fees. Went to our room and they didn’t clean the room. Disgusting tissue with snot was all over the hotel. Bed wasn’t made, coffee maker was a mess & both the trash cans was full. Went down to tell the front desk. They gave us another room and it was the same thing. No apologies . They just said the maid marked the room as ready. Took us 2 hours to finally get a refund after being on a 8 hour flight. Wasn’t accommodating.

Conveniently located. The staff at the front desk was fantastic. Clean and stylish hotel that reminded me of hotels in Tokyo. Great breakfast.

Everything was wonderful. Perfect location for Time Square, Broadway, Bryant Park, subway. I would definitely stay again. Although we didn’t have time to eat the breakfast offered, I did get coffee and the all of the food they offered looked wonderful. Many options to choose from.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was close to the TKTS outlet and most theaters. Noise from the street was loud no matter what time of day. I'd stay here again but I'd ask for a room on a higher floor.
