The location is perfect The mall is just opposite the hotel

I booked two spacious rooms, each equipped with two double beds and a sofa bed. The rooms were clean and the hotel was ideally located in Flushing China town. A good breakfast was included and parking was available underneath the hotel.

The location was excellent. It has parking 24 hours in and out. Which is great

Highly recommend this hotel with great location which is 5 mins away from subway,train and bus station. Tons of yummy food around and just walking distance away. Clean room and nice customer service.Better free breakfast than other hotels nearby. It is a good choice to stay definetly.

Very nice and great

Good location if you want to be near the airports. The free shuttle from LGA to Hyatt is great. Otherwise, about 45 minutes out of Manhattan by subway. Good food all around. Comfy bed, big rooms. Breakfast is great. The only thing I didn't like - feather pillows. Bad for my allergies and just not comfortable. The air con is also quite loud (but doubles as white noise to drown the sirens outside I guess?) Would stay again

Karim and Ivana were very helpful in our needs during our breakfast. They are very friendly too. The Tall Chinese girl at the front desk was very helpfulas well (i did not get her name) Our stay was pleasant and definitely we will come back 🥰

fairly new hotel conveniently located to subway 7, 30 minutes to Grand Central. half price than manhatten hotels, overall a good experience

Location is good, walkable to subway and mostly surrounded by Asian restaurants. Breakfast is complimentary with basic buffet

Location was impeccable as it was in the modern part of Flushing within walking distance to Tangram and other food options. Nice, clean lobby and decently spacious rooms. Only thing was that there were some broken glass shards on the carpet in the room but otherwise great hotel

Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

It was a waste of money for us. Cant reschedule booking despite Flight was cancelled. I wasnt expecting hundrred percent refund, just date change, fine if the days will be lessen as well, still no consideration. Its disappointing.
