It was just average. It was not easy to find a hotel. A little bit old style. There were welcome cookies.

It surprised me that the hotel did not provide free bottled water in the room and when I asked reception for it, I was charged $1 each. The power was shut down for over 2 hours during the stay because of the rain outside. No explanation, no backup power, of course - no services..

The front desk provided a free welcome gift cookies to welcome us to stay. It is expected experience of booking Hilton hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights, however there are no housekeeping services even we reminded the staff to clean up room in the early morning. The overall service is so-so; the location is not easy to access and there are only few shops nearby.

The reception staff and specially supervisor Noemi is awesome, She has great skills to hanle any concerns during your stay. I had an issue staying in my room, water leakage from the window early morning and she compensate fairly also booked us the taxi to the airport. I will recommend everyone who want to stay in this hotel. Keep it up 👍

Was in Montreal for a hockey scouting trip. The location was 10 minutes from the rink. The room was excellent. Bar closes early (9 PM) but there were other close dining options.
