Though not spacious, the room was immaculately clean and tidy, with city views. It came equipped with a coffee machine (generously stocked with coffee pods, milk, and sugar) and a microwave. This made enjoying unlimited coffee and hot beverages incredibly convenient – a detail we truly appreciated!

The hotel is ideally located in Midtown Manhattan. We traveled to New York by train from Washington D.C., and it's about a 15-minute walk from Penn Station. It's also very close to Fifth Avenue and the Empire State Building. For exploring downtown attractions like Wall Street or uptown areas such as Central Park, the subway is definitely your best bet – I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi. Right next door on the ground floor, there's a very popular bar. If you enjoy a drink, it's a great spot to experience American city nightlife. Dining options nearby are plentiful, with everything from BBQ and Japanese cuisine to Cantonese dishes and even Shanghai xiao long bao. Overall, I found Manhattan's cleanliness to be somewhat lacking; the smell of ******** was quite noticeable on the streets, and there were homeless individuals visible in the vicinity. The room itself was a bit small, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which somewhat disturbed my sleep.

The hotel is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan, very close to Grand Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are decent.

Everything fine, just hotel and rooms a little bit old, will need a refresh.

The cleanliness was acceptable, though I consistently found long hairs in the bath towels. Not having disposable toiletries and slippers was expected, but the absence of toothbrush cups and a tissue box in the room was a bit surprising. Overall, apart from the location, everything else was quite underwhelming. It's comparable to a basic budget hotel in China, and the value for money was poor.

Excellent location and good view of Empire State building from our 22nd floor room window. Breakfast was very good as well. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here.

Hotel need to improve their internal communication, they do not hv my record that the booking already included b/fast until the 3rd day !

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Easy access to everything on foot. Clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast. Omelette, vegetables, broccoli, hot chocolate, pastries, yogurt. Everything was perfect!!!

Really, except for the location, everything else is fine, and the location isn't great either... During our entire trip to the United States, we didn't have to pay for luggage storage at any other hotel except this one. I'll definitely not stay here again next time I come.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, just next to Fifth Avenue. The facilities are a bit old, but neat and clean. The luggage guy in the lobby is very professional.
