AC wasn’t working properly, it was either too cold or too hot with dry air. The room had a small window facing the wall of another building which makes the room dark. The gym was closed for renovation but we were informed when we arrived there. I mean you could find plenty of other hotels with the money you pay for this hotel. Value for money is the lowest I have ever experienced so far.

Got a complimentary upgrade to a suite.

Great service and location

Great location. The windows were a bit confusing, it was as if they weren't there. Not very friendly administrators at breakfast. It seemed that they weren't happy at all that they came for breakfast.

The Ctrip order stated that we didn't want a corner room, but we were given a corner room, and it was right next to the power distribution room. The heat dissipation grille of the power distribution room was indoors, which was noisy and I had to wear earplugs when sleeping. The facilities in the room were relatively old, and they were all usable, but they couldn't withstand a closer look. The lobby was classic and nostalgic, and it looked good. The housekeeper, porter, and chef were all nice. The attitude of the front desk staff was average. Overall, it was average, not recommended.

Room size: The room is large and clean. Gym: The facilities are quite complete. 24 hours. Breakfast: You can order food to eat in the room, and the food tastes good. Value for money: It may be the off-season recently, so the price is still acceptable. Except that such a large room does not have a bathtub, everything else is good.

The room is classic and traditional, in line with our oriental aesthetic, and I personally prefer the European style.

I chose to stay at the world's first St. Regis on Fifth Avenue. I asked in advance about the lobby and it was well decorated. The room service was OK. It is next to the Trump headquarters building and the security is still very high. It is also close to Central Park. St. Regis butler service, coffee and tea are provided at 5 pm. But compared with many hotels in China now, I found that our domestic hotels are still very good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Fifth Avenue, with Rolex, Tiffany, Rimowa and other big brands outside. The hotel is the first St. Regis in the world, and there are many historical introductions on the first floor. The room is very comfortable and spacious. It is a great hotel in Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable.

Five-star hotel, overall relatively old, hygienic, good location, right on Fifth Avenue. But the service is average, toiletries need to be requested when checking in, and there are hidden charges, the experience is not good!

The doorman was very helpful in carrying the luggage, and the housekeeper on the 16th floor and the room service guy were very nice. The hotel environment is old, but the location is good, next to the LV hard case. The worst thing was that the front desk gave me the wrong room that I had booked in advance when I checked in. When I got to the room, I found it was wrong, so I called and changed the room.

Breakfast cannot be self-service, you can only order it and send it to the room. Some waiters also said that you can only order one kind.

Next time I go to New York, I hope the lobby and restaurant of St. Regis can be renovated and I will continue to stay there! The housekeeper is very, very good!

This hotel has nice rooms, friendly staff and an excellent location. Unfortunately they are currently renovating the hotel so the lobby, restaurant, bar and sauna are unavailable. As a guest, you must enter through a side entrance and must take 2 separate elevators to reach the room. When booking, no mention was made of the renovation, which meant that the stay did not meet expectations. We paid for a 5 star experience but didn't get it.
