Good location. Service/facilities had room for improvement. Room cleaning schedule not guest friendly. Average breakfast with limited vegetarian options.

Clean place, walking distance to WTC, wall street and Brooklyn bridge, and good selection of breakfast

From the moment we came in and to the minute we left the hotel I felt so good cause I made a great choice by making a blind shot. The area is close to Brooklyn bridge, to the Battery park where the ferry to statue starts, The Wall street, all the subways, also Five guys to have best burgers and Chipotle to have nice and healthy dinner, so you’ll be good. Also the helpful option - breakfast included within your room, don’t skip it while booking, you’ll save a lot of money!!! Options are very good - bacon, scramble, omletes with cheese, veggies, pork sausages, oatmeal, cereals, a lot of pastries, coffee, tea, juices, enough to start the day nicely! Sad news: you’ll have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and even lotion, but not the toothpaste and brushes ((( so feel free to come to Target nearby before checking in. All in all, that was a nice stay and the hotel worths every penny and I am sure that will definitely come back soon!

Convenient location. Walking distance to a variety of attractions and subway stations. Breakfast is basic but good. This is one of the few hotels in Manhattan that offers two queen beds. The only issue is long wait for the elevator.

We stayed at the Residence Inn in New York and found it to be quite expensive. The room was smaller than we expected.

very good position in lower manhattan. good service, especially breakfast. wifi network quality is somehow bad, and weird connect page cuz failed connect attempt.

First of all I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. Reading reviews before booking it I had some doubts, but my stay was great. The room is small, but there is enough space. For me it was important that there was no noise: almost no noise from outside and no noise from other rooms.

Great location with subway stations nearby. Brooklyn Bridge 15 minutes walk away. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with kitchenette. Buffet breakfasts are great.

The hotel has a great location and is very easy to commue. However, the room cleaning service is the downside of this stay. 3 nights in total, but only 1 room service was conducted. I ran out of towel and amenities. You also have to pay the SECURITY BOND here when check in!

Conveniently located hotel right in the middle of the Financial District but on a fairly quiet street - we were on floor 33 but not much of a view because it was obstructed by many other skyscrapers. Practical to have a kitchenette in the room with full equipment. Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disappointment - they only use disposable plates/cups/cutlery and selection was pretty limited (especially for vegetarians).
