Ulasan Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York

The location is absolutely fantastic, and the view of Wall Street is a bonus! The lobby is spotless and smells lovely. My room was clean and quiet, and the amenities provided were excellent. The bedding was super comfortable, and they even offer complimentary bottled water.

The air conditioning in the room seemed to be broken, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I was freezing all night and barely slept.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. However, I stayed on the 8th floor, and it seemed to be close to the air conditioning unit, as it was quite noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Location, lobby employee, cleanliness were perfect. Employees were very helpful. Welcoming complimentary coffee and cookies were awesome when it was raining 😁

Hotel is in good location next Wall Street and subway stations. However, it is old, though you could tell it probably used to be quite luxurious. It's lagging in maintenance, cleanliness. We were first given keys to a room that was not cleaned, then upgraded to a suite, which has very little in amenities. Even cups in room were paper cups. Disappointed, but for the price over the weekend compared to other options in the city, this was still a good deal.

The location was good and the hotel was clean. I asked the electronic kettle and the staff was very kind/responded my request quickly.

We got upgraded which was very nice. The place was beautiful. Only thing is that our room we couldn’t adjust the temperature and in November having the AC on and not being able to turn it off made the room very cold. Otherwise everything else was great. Location was perfect for us because we had a wedding close by. Night time gets a little weird. Wall st use to be a quiet area but it became a party place at night.

I cannot believe this is a “Hyatt Centric”. No way is it a 4-star hotel, the best I would give is 2-star! The same hotel in Hong Kong is almost like a 5-star with so much more to offer hotel guests. This one in NYC is absolutely unacceptable. The only positive thing is a spacious room. The room has two paper cups and nothing else! No coffee machine, not even a hot water kettle, no tea or coffee… when asked about it, reception told us that free coffee is offered in the lounge area and only in the morning. However, no one offers this information unless you ask about it. You also have to request daily housekeeping. I have stayed in numerous “Hyatt” brand hotels, and this one has the worse hotel operator ever. Plus NYC is extremely expensive in terms of hotels, so for the same amount of money, don’t ever stay here.

The room was dirty, the tissues were blue and dusty, but the staff were very welcoming.

It's been two weeks since check-out, and the deposit hasn't been returned! I booked for someone else and paid with my card.
