Decent place to stay! The free breakfast is good plus. I definitely recommend it.

I don’t understand why there are so negative reviews for this hotel, the hotel is brand new and I did not face any elevator waiting issues even during weekends. Surely coming back to this plave when I am in New York.

房間雖小功能齊全 出門就是地鐵 去到各處景點非常方便。早飯服務不錯 咖啡麪包酸奶香腸水果基本都有還不斷添加

部屋にキッチンもあり　無駄も無くおしゃれで綺麗でした

住宿環境服務都可以 在車路士地區 也是比較安全的地區 周圍就幾個地鐵站 也挺方便 吃的也挺多 就是房間面積肯定沒有圖上這麼大看着 畢竟是曼哈頓 就不要指望地方太大 哈哈哈哈 其他麼 後面幾天一直沒有免費的瓶裝礦泉水 delivery似乎一直沒送到酒店 除此之外 沒有什麼好抱怨的

房間真的很小，房間裏沒有礦泉水。好在年份很新，很乾凈。酒店電梯要等很久，前台態度不錯，位置完美。

帶早餐，地理位置也很方便，房間設計很合理，微波爐，冰箱，餐具都有。設施也比較新，就是電梯難等一點點。

位置不錯,電梯等的時間太長了點，600套房間4部電梯，高峯時段需要一些忍耐力

房間新裝修，房間小而緊湊，早餐還算好，交通方便，廁所發現有異味

房間略小，但是挺整潔乾淨，地段很好。

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, and clean. Although breakfast was complimentary, the meat was frozen and questionable, it won’t stop me from staying here again.

Unless I'm traveling for work and require room to spread out, I prefer my hotel rooms to be more like monastic cells with minimalistic and efficient use of space and in-room comforts. First off, the staff was easy to work with, especially while keeping them apprised of my request for a late check-in. The hotel was easy to find from the train station. Check-in went by seamlessly. The bed was comfortable and not lumpy. The linens felt fresh and clean. I especially enjoyed the underfoot feel of the floor in the shower. It wasn't luxurious like some places I've stayed, but it had a pleasant no-slip texture that was a joy to feel after being on my feet all day. The blackout curtains did their job. Although I would have preferred a little less light coming from beneath the door to the common hallway, it's a trifle. Breakfast was simple, clean, tasty, and didn't feel like breakfast was being made from the remainder of the hotel's pantry like too many places I've stayed in 2023, especially at hotels west of the Mississippi. Check-out was easy and quick. I like this place. Wish more places were like this.

The rooms were very clean and maintained well. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful through our visit. Great location to get to many areas easily.

I loved that it is right in the Chelsea flower market. So lovely. In kitchen in room was a dream. Everything was clean and the complimentary breakfast was better than the reviews suggest. For sure coming back there.
