Fantastic location, about 30 minutes from JFK without traffic. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait to check-in. The staff were helpful when I needed to get a replacement phone charger. The bathroom was in need of renovation and a deep clean. I know hotel is not responsible for clientele, but enforcement of quiet hours would have meant a much better sleep. If you've got an early flight, don't need to bathe, and can sleep through doors slamming and loud voices, this is a great deal for the price.

It was a good value for your money..neighborhood was a little sketchy

The service at the front desk was acceptable, but the room had a very noisy AC and the door cannot be locked from inside.

Avoid at all cost, bed sheets were torn, windows curtains had holes on them. Shower curtains were mouldy, no room service. Room access key was randomly disabled and had to re-enabled at night. Dead insects in the drawers.

Excellent location, accessible by bus. Room condition acceptable.

GOOD HOTEL WITH LOW BUDGET, VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION, ALL FOOD STORES JUST OPPOSITE OF THE HOTEL. EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL PUBLIC TRANSPORT

I booked that hotel for the 22nd of April. I had a long flight from China. I arrived at the Hotel 2 am, wanted to checkout 5 hrs later for an other flight. I was denied access because check in time was set for before 3 pm. The person at the service desk told me that there’s nothing they can do that I have to rebook and pay cash money. They were not polite at all. Run by Bangladeshi people, very rude. The place smelled like ****, No sens of Customer Service. As I couldn’t change or cancel my booking. I had NO other choice but to pay an other UBER back to the Airport, slept there, wait for my flight. I would rather pay money Not to stay at that slum so call Hotel. I’m deleting my trip. Com as they couldn’t do otherwise. I’m a world traveler. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to even a Monkey. By the way once you made a mistake on trip. Com wile booking, you’re toast.
