Ulasan Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel at Tangram

Awful experience. I arrived around 830-9pm and the front desk on the 12floor. The receptionist/manager was not polite and she didn’t want to tell me about the various amenities the hotel had even after staring at the amenities filer in front of her. The room was very small for the price, there was no waste basket by the sink. And all night all you heard were slamming doors. The bed was uncomfortable. Best yet, as I was about to checkout on the 12floor and gave the Mexican girl, Bridget the key she stared at me and looked at her manager then looked at me with distaste and judgement. She was obviously ****** or going through some personal issue. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t do anything but send a lot of money to stay there. Do not stay here go to four points flushing… the rooms are bigger and the staff is amazing and you already have 2 free waters in the room. Unlike this place, they ask you.

The location is close to the subway line 7 and it’s considered good in regards to the price. Hotel is new and clean. Nice city view at the check in lobby. I like their rooftop bar and the LGA shuttle service.

Staff very friendly. Hotel is new and clean. It is in a shopping centre so you got lots of shops and restaurants with in mins. about 6 mins from Flushing train station. Highly recommended.

The New York Flushing Marriott Hotel fell short of my expectations. The service and overall experience were disappointing

出差美國，其中一站到了紐約，住在皇后區法拉盛，最方便的地點是萬麗酒店。離拉瓜迪亞機場比較近，離肯尼迪機場稍遠一點，門外周邊有大量的中式餐飲選擇。酒店前台在12樓，餐廳在11樓，幾部電梯到達不同的樓層，需要留意。房間不大，但功能齊全，住得比較省心。某一天忽然火警大作，前台打聽了一下，説是測試，這個説法有點扯。總的來説，是一家比較方便實惠的酒店。

超級贊！疫情後的第一次紐約行，待的時間長所以特意定了套房，簡潔乾淨，自己簡單佈置了一下，有家的感覺！廳很大，沙發舒適，餐桌非常實用還有水台，都恰到好處，還有兩個衞生間，有朋友來也很方便會客！早餐種類不多！

強烈推薦住在法拉盛，旁邊都是中餐廳，吃飯很方便，這家酒店挺乾淨，服務到位，也有免費shuttle去LGA

房間不大，但是設計的很好。第一晚安排在4樓，靠近設備間，被吵了一晚上沒有睡好。第二天換了房間，解決了這一個問題。但是，客房做衞生的就很敷衍了，水杯不洗、毛巾不換、垃圾沒有清理乾淨，最終通過攜程，解決了這個問題。交通蠻方便的，吃飯也方便。

Housekeeping很不認真，給了小費但是每次地也不掃，毛巾不換，我在這住了很久，床單也不換，衹有跟前台反映了才會認真一點。水龍頭不裝凈水器，水出來是黃的。服務態度還不錯。周圍餐廳多也挺方便。

前台都有説中文的，非常熱情。感覺比英迪格酒店要好。酒店班車駕駛員是台灣人，原來搞旅遊的，很健談。樓下就是商場，吃東西方便。下次來法拉盛還會住這裏。

這裡隔音不太好 又加上我是住第一間 聲音比較大 其他沒有什麼問題 只有特定的電梯可以到達房間樓層 服務人員都非常好
