Hotel stay was on day before early morning departure from JFK. Chose it for convenience, close to airport and available shuttle bus. No need for adornements (pool, gym, restaurants, etc.) Appreciated cleanliness and efficient staff at reception desk. On the downside was the location next to a garbage truck terminal or similar... However, it didn't inconvenience, except for smell when outdoors. Overall : A good house, would stay there again.

We visited as a family and had the best time. Our server Kazi Jalal was so welcoming and friendly. He was amazing with the children. The ambience is elegant but welcoming. The food and drink delicious and it was presented beautifully and in a fun way.

Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

Located very short distance from JFK airport. Hotel privides complimentary shuttle bus picks up and send off to JFK airport terminals. Upon arrival into JFK, i took Air train to Federal Circle and follow sign board to reach hotel shuttle bus picks up point. Driver Ivan is friendly and polite, transported us safely to and fro airport. Receptionist is friendly and quick in getting check in done within minutes. Room is clean and spacious. I had a very long flight arriving late evening into JFK and though hotel only provided basic needs, a comfortable bed and clean room with good hot water supply in shower was really what i needed most. Very simple morning breakfast served from 6am to 10am. Great coffee and orange juice, i had 2 slices of toast and a few pork sausages. Overall a very good experience and highly recommend for travelers who wish to stay near airport or for transit flight.

This is our go to hotel in Midtown. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Lina assisted us with check in, it was a chaotic scene outside of the hotel as there was a fire emergency down the block and the street was being shut down and evacuated. She quickly assisted us with checking in and finding a spot to leave our car safely until the valet could move it. As for the hotel, very clean with spacious rooms, floor to ceiling windows and great views. Bathroom is spacious, nespresso in room. Love the coffee in the morning 2nd floor lounge as well as happy hour with complimentary wine, olives, and almonds. Perfect touch!! Restaurant is nice French restaurant with $25 credit daily. Great for breakfast! Used the credit to get sandwiches for the road. We will be back!

We had two amazing stays at the Pierre. Early and late May 2023. What an amazing hotel. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The standout person and star of the Pierre is Ana Pavloska. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best rooms and looked after us from the moment we checked in until we departed. We will certainly be returning to this wonderful NYC sanctuary. Can use shuttle service ... but JFK airport ... now under construction ... reach the shuttle bus point ... not easy ... all staffs very kind ... recommand ...

The location is far from the tourist attraction but the holiday in hotel services and room environments is worth the money as always.
