Hotel Newark dengan Spa

Saya orang Brazil dan saya tidak fasih berbahasa Inggeris, tetapi saya dapat memahami jika orang itu bercakap dengan perlahan dan sabar. Malangnya, penyambut tetamu yang menerima saya tidak mahu menolong. Saya menghadapi masalah dengan makanan, tidak ada makanan di hotel, saya tidak dapat petunjuk arah tempat makan. Saya ditemani oleh anak perempuan saya yang berusia 7 tahun yang menangis kerana dia tidak mempunyai apa-apa untuk dimakan, dan masalahnya adalah tidak dapat membeli, tetapi seseorang menolong saya di mana saya harus membeli. Saya menghadapi masalah dengan penghantaran aplikasi dan, sekali lagi, penyambut tetamu tidak mencadangkan untuk membantu saya. saya kecewa

Hanya 7 minit perjalanan dari lapangan terbang Newark. perkhidmatan ulang-alik hotel tersedia di lapangan terbang newark, lokasi hotel tidak buruk hanya kerana tidak ada restoran yang boleh anda kunjungi jika anda memerlukan makanan. Bersenang-senang dan kakitangannya sangat ramah dan membantu.

Location :across the street from the new jersey performing arts center.. Walking distance like 5 mins to lots of food like pizza... burger king... chicken.. African.. Starbucks.. Dunkin donuts.. Shopping rainbows.. Like 6 other clothing places.. 3 hair stores... About 3 nail waxing n lashes places.. New Jersey Museum 15 min walk... 7 eleven.. Military park 1.min walk.. Prudential center 15 min walk.. Newark Penn Station 15 min walk also Amtrak is inside there.. Great location 15 car ride to new jersey garden mall Shuttle free:on the hour at the airport take the airtrain to P4 then go down stairs there's phones for robert treat n Tryp call and they will. Let you know when it's comin.. Rooms: the first queen room they gave me smelled like smoke I had to wait an hour for a new room... Customer service :very helpful Restaurant : very nice food prices reasonably good 15 for burger n fries which us normal

This hotel is terrible. When we arrived the room was dirty with exposed wires near the heater, there was no hot water for a shower after showering all day, the toilet leaked around the base when flushed, the beds are VERY uncomfortable. We chose this location due to its location and that they offer parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle to the airport was ok…. When we returned from our trip and called the hotel for the shuttle, we were told it runs on the 1/2 hour and where we needed to meet it. We stood out in the cold for over an hour. When we called the hotel back they told us we must have missed it and that they would send it back for us. A half hour later still no shuttle. We had three young children in our group that were cold, tired and hungry. The shuttle never showed, we opted to take 3 separate cabs back to the hotel due to the size of our family. When we got back to the hotel the shuttle was just leaving, when we went in to discuss the issue with the staff, there was no one at the desk, Do not stay at this hotel!

Close to Airport, much more reliable than stay in NYC and rush over through the horrible traffic to catch a flight. huge room with duo queen beds. The towels are old and look dirty. Sound-proof is not good, I can hear upstairs moving furniture and shower, etc, and can hear frequent train horn because this hotel is quite close to the train station.

Friday June 28, 2024 Check-in was suppose to be at 4 pm. I tried to check in at 3pm but was told room was not ready. Totally understand that. I went to TED’s bar and restaurant (in lobby) to wait it out. I got into line about 4:15pm and I saw that they were turning ppl away who were trying to checkin. When I got to the counter, they too told me my room was not ready. I said that I had to get to an event within the 1.25 min and the associate confidently said that I would be able to checkin well advance within that time. In the meantime, I went to the lobby bathroom to change to get ready for an event. By the time I came out of the bathroom 4:55, my husband had checked us in (with pushback because he wasn’t the one who had not made the original reservation). In our bathroom floor, several strands of hair noted, some wall stains (wipeable) under the hand soap and lotion dispenser, and shower did t look like it was wipe down well. Bed linens were clean, comfy. Desk area clean. Busy hotel. Ted’s hotel-slow service with a 1-2 attendants.
