Same with all the reviews the shuttle service guys were really good. They deserve every tip. The food service is not good i always order in room dining which they serve in take out containers and not in proper dining tray like most of the hilton property and food isn't really good and its not hot as serve. I order buffalo wings and ribs. The room also dont have micowave to heat it up. Although they have a small coffee maker with few coffee and tea I also need to call for complimentary water as I arrive. The reception mentioned they really dont offer it saying they are not the usual hilton hotel. But they gave me 2 bottle free saying thats it. Imagine having coffee brewer without water. So should i use the bathroom water?? Well i stayed there 4 days and 3 nights and even paid $40 for early check in at 10am regardless my early check out on the last day still i have to pay. Among all hilton around the world ive been with, well this one fail to satisfy my experience

A decent hotel with food outlets nearby. The amenities within the hotel are value for money.smoother check in process and would definitely recommend

The hotel shutte comes infrequently but was great to take me to the hotel. It is located on the Departures level and at the sign with the bus shuttle. Sometimes the bus drivers don't see you so you may have to wave to catch their attention. The hotel check in process was easy and simple and staff were friendly. The gym was clean and had decent amount of equipment. No free water ****** but it's not a big problem. The room was clean and quiet. Location was not the greatest but there is a bus stop that is close to the hotel that can take you to Sofi Stadium and Intuit Dome.

Overall, this is a nice hotel to stop by in the way to Las Vegas. One disappointment is that my room didn't have hair dryer.

The Kawada Hotel in downtown LA wasn’t as bad as some reviews online suggested. I felt safe. The room and bathroom were spotless, and it was a nice bonus to have an electric kettle and microwave in the room. It’s a great option, especially for Asian travelers who prefer warm beverages over ice.

It was originally booked for king size bed me and my friend because there is no availability in the website for twin bed but upon arrival in the lobby of the hotel and checking in they offered us if we would like to have twin bed with no extra fee will be added. So amazing and we really did appreciated that. Looking forward to book it again in next trip. Thank you

I thought Westin is well-known Lux hotel so I chose it amongst all other LAX nearby hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected - 1) the receptionist was not polite and no smile on his face, 2) the parking cost was unreasonable expensive ($75) while the hotel room charged around $110, 3) the room decoration was very simple and old fashioned… I would not recommend this hotel at all

Well hotel is “Oldtimer” and definitely below average ranking visible here in trip.com web. Check in was quick, short walk/drive to designated building. Corridors in the building looks and smells like 1970’s, so initial shock but room was bit better. Old style but ok to sleep one night. Breakfast - same low quality food as any American hotel chain with this price range. Overall I would not come again.
