Quick one night stop over. Clean and up to the usual Premier Inn standards. Staff all lovely especially Bridget on reception. Thanks for all your hard work Room was spotless and comfy. Nice area to stay and visit. Breakfast was well presented and I enjoyed it. I will return

Stayed here last weekend just for one night for a birthday celebration with friends. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist named Tommy. Everything was explained about our stay and we had a lovely room. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows just to my liking. I had a really good night's sleep. Really enjoyed our breakfast the next day. The hotel is close to so many different places that we found it perfect for our stay. They also have their own car park which is great. Special thanks to Tommy for all his help. Great place to stay. Can't wait to come back again.

Great hotel mainly due to the staff. The place was clean and comfortable as you may expect in a premier inn but Bridget on reception went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable, even getting de-icer out of her own car to help us get into our car with frozen locks. Checked in with us afterwards to see what else she could do to help, she really deserves all the compliments as it's lovely staff like her that make all the difference

I am a regular to this hotel, sometimes twice a mth, the staff are friendly, hotel is very clean, i wouldn't stop anywhere else, it's a couple of miles away from my family, there is just one thing I don't agree with. As I say I am a regular, and sometimes I like to check in between 1 and 3, this last time I had to pay to check in, I don't think that is fair to be charged, now will have to wait until 3, so I don't get a charge, think some compassion for a regular wouldn't go amiss.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Bridget on reception and given information about our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had lunch twice in the adjoining restaurant. The food was good and everyone was friendly and professional. We had booked breakfast, but because we were not hungry decided to cancel it. Bridget sorted out a refund. Thank you Bridget for your help during our stay.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Bridget on reception. When the vending machine wasn’t working, she kindly went to the back of her reception and grabbed me some snacks for the evening. It’s simple things like this that will take me back here in the future when I’m in the area. Thanks again Bridget 👍

A very nice welcome from Bridget the lady on reception, couldn’t have helped more if she tried, definitely 5 stars just for that lady. After a crazy day of things going wrong, it was nice to come here and chill, hotel was nice and clean and very quiet, definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here in December and had a clean, comfortable room. The staff were excellent and a special mention to Joseph on reception who was extremely helpful and also Tammy on the bar in the adjoining Brewers Fare. She was excellent and a credit to the staff! Can highly recommend this hotel

My room was clean and comfy, and a decent size. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Tommy and Joe on the reception desk. I stayed there for 5 nights, and it was so nice to have a little daily banter with them. A great place to stay in the Stoke area.
